I welcome all the Sarvajnapeetha Kartās, Yajamāns, Manifestors, Sarvaparityāgīs, Sri Mahants, Mahants, Kothari, Thanedar, visitors, viewers, Kayakalpa Yoga participants, Kailāsa’s eGurukul students, Kailāsa’s NHU students, Kailāsa’s Ministers, Ambassadors, Diplomats, eDiplomats, citizens, Consulate Generals, supporters, Mantreśvaras, Vidyeśvaras, Gaṇeśvaras, Lokeśvaras, Astreshvaras, and all the important guests, invitees, VIPs, sitting with us all over the world. \[00:08:54\] Paramaśiva’s message directly from Kailāsa on this auspicious Guru Pūrṇimā Day. Listen. Conscious Sovereignty for all beings; not just human beings, for all beings. Conscious Sovereignty for all beings, is the purpose of all the beings, and that is the purpose of Paramaśiva’s manifestation as Guru, as Liṅga and as Saṅgha \- Kailāsa. Paramaśiva manifests as Guru \- Incarnation, Nijavatāra, as Liṅga \- Arcāvatāras, and Saṅgha \- Kailāsa, for making every being experience Conscious Sovereignty. Conscious Sovereignty is the purpose of your existence; making you experience Conscious Sovereignty is the purpose of My existent. Experiencing Conscious Sovereignty is the purpose of your existence; making you experience Conscious Sovereignty is the purpose of My existent. Understand, a person who realizes his Conscious Sovereignty will be amazing being, enlightened being, radiating all the best things of life \- health, wealth, a beautiful interpersonal relationship not just with his family and team, with the whole nation he lives, with the whole planet earth he lives, with the whole existence he lives.

\[00:12:15\] Whole Hinduism is focused, whole Hinduism... when I say whole Hinduism, I mean all sampradāyas of Hinduism, all traditions of Hinduism, all orders of Hinduism, all sects and subsects of Hinduism, focuses on making every being realize Conscious Sovereignty. The whole purpose is you realizing Conscious Sovereignty. Conscious Sovereignty is the ultimate way of existing. Understand. Hinduism is centered on Guru-śiṣya paramparā, and the ecosystems maintained everywhere to keep the Guru-śiṣya paramparā alive. Hinduism is centered on these three: Guru \- Nijavatāra, the Incarnation, Liṅga \- Arcāvatāra, the Deity, Saṅgha \- the ecosystem \- Kailāsa. All the three is focused on making each one of you experience Conscious Sovereignty. Understand. Conscious Sovereignty is beyond political sovereignty or economical independence. The freedom which you call as ability to have choices \- all that is very small level. Conscious Sovereignty is beyond all these\!

\[00:15:30\] Conscious Sovereignty means, listen, I am defining Conscious Sovereignty. Conscious Sovereignty means knowing, cognizing you are consciousness, and you are the most precious in the whole existence, and you are beyond any pattern \- prenatal or postnatal. The prenatal patterns are called karma. Postnatal karma is called patterns. Any patterns or karma \- prenatal or postnatal, does not bind you, does not bind you. Guru-śiṣya paramparā is focused on making you experience, making you experience Conscious Sovereignty. This Guru Pūrṇimā, Paramaśiva’s gift to all of you is this Śaktipāta-Śaktinipāta Initiation \- experientially giving you Conscious Sovereignty, Conscious Sovereignty as realization, as conscious experience. These next four months, the Cāturmāsya which starts from today. The rituals will be done today and tomorrow \- both the days. So formally it starts today, ritualistically starts tomorrow. This Cāturmāsya till Vijayadaśamī \- these four months, the focus of Paramaśiva is to make you experience Conscious Sovereignty.

\[00:18:45\] All Hindu sampradāyas are focused on Conscious Sovereignty, making you experience Conscious Sovereignty. That’s a goal, focus of all Hindu sampradāyas, all Hindu traditions. These four months, Myself and the whole Kailāsa will focus on making every being experience Conscious Sovereignty, making each one of you experience we are consciousness beyond any prenatal, postnatal karmas or patterns. We can't be chained or bound. We can’t be chained or bound by any prenatal, postnatal patterns or karmas. Karmas, patterns cannot drug you, cannot addict you, cannot suffocate you, cannot delude you. Declare your Conscious Sovereignty, you manifest the ultimate in your life, the peak possibility \- Paramaśiva himself. Conscious Sovereignty is Paramaśivatva. When you declare your Conscious Sovereignty, cognize it in every level \- you manifest the state of Paramaśiva, space of Paramaśiva, powers of Paramaśiva and being of Paramaśiva, superconsciousness of Paramaśiva, naturally Kailāsa of Paramaśiva around you as the ecosystem.

\[00:21:47\] I tell you, last few days, I was continuously explaining about this truth \- Conscious Sovereignty. And further these four months \- Cāturmāsya, we will focus on Conscious Sovereignty. Making every being experience Conscious Sovereignty, is our purpose and our goal. Understand, your being has so much of possibility. The extraordinary powers, possibilities described in our Vedas, in our Agamas, in our Purāṇas, in our Hindu scriptures \- they are not a myth. Understand, it is My, not just My proclamation, it’s My declaration. Hindu scriptures are not myth. They are real and they don't have expiry date. The science described in our Vedas, in our Agamas, in our Prasthānatrayas are real. They don't have expiry date. Conscious Sovereignty is the purpose of our scriptures. When you start cognizing Conscious Sovereignty through the study of the Veda-Agama, Prasthānatrayas, you manifest the state of Paramaśiva, space of Paramaśiva, powers of Paramaśiva, being of Paramaśiva, consciousness of Paramaśiva, Kailāsa of Paramaśiva.

\[00:25:02\] Hinduism is all about making every being realize Conscious Sovereignty. It is all about keeping the Guru-śiṣya paramparā, it is all about keeping the ecosystems alive. Keeping the ecosystem alive. On this auspicious day when we celebrate the Gurus, the Guru-śiṣya paramparā and this Guru-śiṣya concept itself is unique to Hinduism. On this auspicious day, when we celebrate this auspicious Guru-śiṣya paramparā, I commit with all My followers and disciples, whoever decides to be My disciple or follower \- I commit with all of you, I will make you experience Conscious Sovereignty. It is My spiritual commitment. Making you all experience Conscious Sovereignty, is the purpose of My existence, and I will fulfill My commitment to all of you. Making you intellectually understand, emotionally feel connected, consciously cognize this Conscious Sovereignty, and manifest as a lifestyle \- this conscious sovereign life is My responsibility. I will continuously work tirelessly. Especially these next four months \- Cāturmāsya, which starts formally today, ritualistically tomorrow till Vijayadaśamī Day \- these four months, I will intensely focus on making every being realize Conscious Sovereignty.

\[00:29:07\] I also wanted to tell you all, all over the world, thousands of Kailāsas are offering naivedyams, annadān, to Guru and to all the people. I have a long list. In thousands of places, Kailāsas are offering hundreds of thousands of naivedyams and annadān. I bless you all. I accept all the naivedyams, especially on this Guru Pūrṇimā Day all the offerings, Gurudakṣiṇā, bhikṣā, everything, and free you all from all the karmas, binding patterns and karmas \- prenatal and postnatal \- I liberate all of you. Whoever chooses to connect with the introduction which I am giving about Me; understand, I’ll explain. When you choose to connect with an introduction I am giving about Me, you become My disciple, My follower. That is what is the basis of Guru-disciple relationship. Here, I am introducing Myself as a living Pūrṇa manifestation, living complete manifestation of Paramaśiva, the Ultimate. Whoever chooses to connect with this introduction, I accept all of you as My disciple, as My follower on this auspicious occasion \- Guru Pūrṇimā. And accept all the offerings you are giving with love, gratitude, and liberate all of you from all the karmas \- prenatal, postnatal karmas and patterns.

\[00:32:46\] My blessings to all of you. I give you all, I give you all, the blessings and boon of the Conscious Sovereignty, accept all the offerings you are giving, and liberate all of you from all the prenatal, postnatal karmas and patterns. And also I bless all the ashrams, Kailāsa’s centers all over the world offering thousands and thousands of naivedyams and offering annadān to hundreds of thousands of people everywhere. My blessings to all of you; especially those people who contributed to annadān on this Guru Pūrṇimā Day, I myself personally accept all the grains you offered, everything personally. It’s a tradition on the Guru Pūrṇimā Day, everything offered, a Guru should accept, and liberate the disciples from karmas and grant them all the boons they want. So today, as per the tradition, as the living representative of that Guru-śiṣya paramparā from Paramaśiva, and the living manifestation of Pūrṇa Paramaśivatva, Pūrṇa Paramaśiva, Paramaśiva’s Pūrṇa, and Paramaśiva’s Pūrṇa manifestation \- I bless you all once again with the Śaktipāta, Śaktinipāta of Conscious Sovereignty.

\[00:36:54\] I bow down to My Guru paramparā from Paramaśiva, Paramaśakti till My Guru, and let them radiate through Me and bless all of you, everyone, by accepting all the offerings all of you are offering; whether it is grains, time, treasure, talent, your love, gratitude, patram, pushpam, phalam, toyam. Just a simple flower or a small fruit or just little water or just a leaf \- anything any of you offer anywhere from all over the world, I accept your love and the offerings, bless you all with the prasādam of Conscious Sovereignty as My gift. Everyone who is connected to Me, all My disciples, followers, the whole world \- I bless you all with the state of Paramaśiva, space of Paramaśiva, powers of Paramaśiva, being of Paramaśiva, consciousness of Paramaśiva, Kailāsa of Paramaśiva.

\[00:39:18\] From today, all My disciples should focus on power manifestation through this powerful cognition ‘Conscious Sovereignty’ for next four months \- Cāturmāsya. On this auspicious Guru Pūrṇimā Day, it’s a tradition I should accept the bhikṣā, everything everyone offers. So I accept everything every one of you offer \- time, treasure, talent, love, patram, pushpam, phalam, toyam, grains, everything, and bless you all, shower you all with Paramaśiva’s energy, presence, being, everything. I am seeing each one of your messages, all the things you are offering \- My blessings. I accept everything you are offering each one of you all over the world; whether it is a Gurumudi offering from Sri Sadashivapriyananda, or people offering various things. Ma Samanta Tatpurusha Shivashakti is saying, “I am dropping my life at Your divine feet.” I accept. Samanta, I accept your life and your offering. So everything each one is offering, I accept. And today, Toronto Kailasam, 10th anniversary \- My blessings for everyone involved in making the Kailāsa in Toronto happen. Blessings to all of you.

\[00:42:25\] Now next, Skandamatha will do pūjā to My Pratyakṣa Mūrti, and take the Yoga daṇḍa from Pratyakṣa Mūrti, and start doing pūjā to that Yoga daṇḍa every day as part of Cāturmāsya. So today formally she will start. Tomorrow ritual, tomorrow the rituals will start. She can do the pūjā today and accept the daṇḍa from the Pratyakṣa Mūrti. So, a beautiful long elaborate Guru Pūrṇimā celebration. My blessings to all of you.

As the living representative of the Guru-śiṣya paramparā from Paramaśiva, Paramaśakti till My Guru, I manifest as a living complete manifestation of Paramaśiva, living full manifestation of Paramaśiva \- I bless you all. Let’s all radiate with Integrity, Collective Integrity, Authenticity, Responsibility, Enriching, Causing, living Paramādvaitam, Śuddhādvaita Śaivam, the State, Space, Powers, Being, Superconsciousness and Kailāsa of Paramaśiva.
