I tell you, at least there is one million yogic scriptures in Sanatana Hindu Dharma’s Veda-Agamic tradition. This is the definition of fitness as per Paramashiva. Having a system, complete system, to manifest the state, space, powers and Being of Paramashiva, is fitness. And that fitness through Nithyananda Yoga is simply possible. I have compiled all the best practices of Sanatana Hindu Dharma’s Yogic scriptures. All the asanas, mudras, bandhas, kriyas, karanas, aushadha, abharana, every best practice \- uttamottama practice available in Sanatana Hindu Dharma in million yogic scriptural books, in million yogic scriptures \- I have compiled and collected the essence.
