That human beings should have about food and how food should be part of your life he gives a clear description understand. He says food should be taken inside your body...for your life in 5 ways. The component of earth element, solid items like vegetables, rice, everything that grows from the earth. 445 \- The first, earth element: to tell you about what food you should eat related to earth element...superfood for superpowers is stop eating. Please understand, the minimum food you consume especially related to earth element, solid food, as minimum as possible. Reduced it drastically, bring it down to 10% you will live long. Your body is not only not programmed for non-vegetarian food, it is not programmed for continuously having solid food. Understand. I really want to tell you.

6.07 \- before I give any medical advice, I think multiple times I experiment on me, multiple days – just reduce your food intake, solid food intake to 10%....gastric problem all too simple problems to have….complications you create by eating too much. For example, after sunset, if you don’t’ eat you may get a little gas, if you eat, you may get liver cancer. After the sunset your system does not get enough energy to instigate, awaken jatagni from sun, fire needed for digestion of the food. Moon supports kamagni, sun supports jatagni. So only when sun is available to you, consume solid food. Never touch solid food when the sun has set. After sunrise/after sunset finish all your solid food consuming \- Any solid food consume is direct poison. It will collapse the flow of jatagni in you.

Reducing the solid food consumption liberates you from all disease and makes you manifest extraordinary powers and possibilities – my disciples – thou shall not eat after sunset, before sunrise. You can have liquids, juice, milk…liquid items…thou shall not eat after sunset/before sunrise…develop gas…complication you develop bcus of over eating is too much. Today’s subject \- Food for superpowers. Let me reveal Paramashiva’s description and vision about food. How He programmed you? What was His idea that human beings should have about food and how food should be part of your life? He gives a clear description, understand. He says food should be taken to your inside your body for your life through five ways. The component of earth element, solid items like vegetables, rice, everything that grows from the earth, the gift of Bhuma Devi to your body. That’s the first component. Second, water \- milk, water, juice, all the liquid components. Third, fire \- all the fire components you need to invoke in your system. Everyday you need to invoke fire in your system till you sweat completely. Either through workout or yoga, some activity. The fire should be consumed, understand. Fire creation inside your system, jatharagni activity should be done to consume fire. And air \- pranayama should be done like eating. Compulsory to consume air element. And, right thought currents should be consumed in your inner space. All these five \- earth element, water element, fire element, air element, space element. All these five food should be conceived everyday.

Let me explain the first earth element. To tell you about what food you should eat related to earth element. Actually all of you know only earth element food as the food. The superfood for superpowers is stop eating. Please understand, the minimum food you consume especially related to earth element \- solid food, as minimum as possible. Reduce it drastically. Bring it down to ten percent. You will live long I tell you. Your body is not only not programmed for vegetarian, non vegetarian food, it is not programmed for continuously having solid food. Understand. I really want to tell you, before I give any medical advice, I think multiple times, experiment on me and multiple ways, because I know I am responsible for what I am uttering. With all my responsibility I tell you, just reduce your food intake, solid food intake to ten percent. You may say, “Ooh, I will get the gastric problem.” All those are too simple problem to be handled. Understand, if you drastically cut your food, the problems which comes is too easy than the complications you create by eating too much.

For example, after sunset if you don’t eat, you may get, develop little gas. But if you eat, you may develop liver cancer. Understand, the fat settles on the liver when you eat after the sunset. After the sunset, your that system does not get enough energy to instigate, to awaken jatharagni from sun. Jatharagni means the energy fire which is needed for digestion of the food. Please listen. Moon supports kamagni. Sun supports jatharagni. So, only when sun is available to you, consume solid food. Never touch solid food when the sun has set. After sunrise, before sunset, finish all your solid food consuming. Before sunrise, after sunset, any solid food you consume is direct poison. It will collapse the flow of jatharagni in you, understand. I am telling you, reducing the solid food consumption literally liberates you from all diseases and makes you manifest extraordinary powers and possibility.

So my disciples, “Thou shall not eat after sunset, before sunrise. You can drink liquids, juices, milk, all those liquid items. Thou shall not eat after sunset, before sunrise.” Understand I tell you, even if you develop little gas is nothing wrong. You can heal it. It’s too simple. But the other complications you developed because of overeating is too much. Bring down your solid food intake to ten percent, you will manifest superpowers. All of you, I know all of you are preparing for Paramashivoham. Till Paramashivoham, I’ll request very strongly you bring down your solid food intake to ten percent of what you are consuming now. Support it yourself with liquids, juices \- more of lemon juice, ginger tea, even coffee is okay, hot chocolate is okay. Support yourself with more liquid. And everyday at least forty two minutes, do some activity like yoga, jogging, running, something which awakens the jatharagni in you, makes you sweat, awakens the fire of digestion in you. And at least twenty one minutes pranayama to consume prana, air element.

Reduce earth elements \- solid food, to ten percent of what you are consuming. Increase liquid components as much as you want. Increase the fire intake through heavy workout, heavy physical activity. Increase the pranayama, deep long breathing to consume prana, air related food. And when you are fasting, reducing the solid food \- in your inner space the thought current goes on is your space food. Evolve powerful cognitions during that time. That is what I call religious fasting detoxification. Understand, this whole process. Superfood for superpowers is religious fasting detoxification process. Five instructions. Reduce the solid food to ten percent of what you are consuming now. If you can completely stop \- great\! If you can completely manage just by liquid diet \- great\! If not, at least bring it down to ten percent. If you are consuming hundred percent solid food, bring it down to ten percent. You calorie intake should be drastically reduced to ten percent solid food. Solid food calorie intake should be brought down to ten percent of what you are taking now. And add more and more liquids and juices. Third...first instruction, cut down ten percent to the solid food. Second, increase more and more liquid food, liquid intake. Third, intake fire through heavy physical activities like running, jogging, yoga, workout, all that. Fourth, increase the pranayama as air intake. Fifth, develop more and more powerful cognitions. Whenever you deny solid food to your body, it’ll get into irritation, agitation, anger and throw tantrum on everyone and on you. Bring powerful inner space, power cognitions, that is the space food \- akashic akara, understand. Prithvi ahara \- solid food, jala ahara \- liquid food, agni ahara \- fire food, vayu ahara \- air food, akasha akara \- space food. Balance these five as per Paramashiva, you will manifest extraordinary possibilities and powers. Everyone who is preparing for Paramashivoham \- do this. Do this, you will manifest powers and possibilities. I tell you, this is the best detoxification you can have. Best detoxification.

I am going through tons and tons of material delivered by Paramashiva in the form of Vedas and Agamas, Upavedas and Upagamas. What an amazing civilisation. Hats off\! What amount of research and development in every field\! Sometimes these stupid fellows asked me, “Aye, they don’t have those days cosmetic surgery.” Aye fool\! “They don’t have many deep methods of bypass surgery, heart transplant surgery.” They did not need in those days\! The system and lifestyle you are such, never you have been allowed to get into that kind of a sickness, and the medical industry become a business. The sickness is introduced, your lifestyle was destroyed. Then the inventions related to cure started developing. I tell you in those days, whatever problems they had, they found solution. If they had this problem, they would have found the solution. But through the lifestyle itself they managed without having these problems.

Just go for these five I tell you. I don’t know how to tell you guys. But by seeing me, you can understand. In just thirty days, I lost ten kg weight, eight inch in the hip just by following these five things. All I did is these five. Of course, this space already is there \- powerful cognition, that is not the problem. Only the other three, other four things I need to do. I cut down my food intake, ten percent of the calorie in my solid food. Increase liquids like a neem juice or sorry, lemon juice and haritaki and...the detoxification, liquids and juices. And increase the jatharagni, the fire consumption. And increase the air consumption. That’s all. And I tell you, eight inches in the hip and ten kgs and the system has become so alive\! Just follow these five. This is called religious fasting detoxification process.
