Understand, I know all of you are preparing yourself for Paramashivoham. One of the most important best preparation is build your body heavily with that natural food, organic food, organic supplements, organic nutrients, understand. Without non vegetarian or pesticides, fertilisers grown product. Pure organic natural food and supplements, heavy yoga build your body. Understand, for aircraft to land on the ground, you need a heavy concrete built runway. Runway which can handle the whole pressure. Same way, Paramashiva to land on you and manifest powers, you need a heavy, strong nervous system and body.

Many time people asked me, “Ooh, many people who have very healthy heavy body, they don’t seem to manifest powers.” Please understand, for the flight to land, aircraft to land, you need a strong heavy concrete built runway. That does not mean all the runways have the landing on them. I have always seen this crooked logic, atheist gang. I tell you, atheists are the biggest anti Hindu gang invaded the whole south Bharat and snatched the south Bharat from Hindus. Understand, the whole southern Bharat is snatched from the Hindus in last hundred years by the so-called atheists. \>\>\>Tamil\>\>\> The poisonous atheist gang invaded and literally snatched the whole south Bharat from Hindus. This atheist gang, silly logic, not that they are very rational or logic \- silly, like comedies. With this silly logic, they always say, “Ooh, if somebody is well built and all, they are manifesting powers.” Understand, for Paramashiva to land you need a strong nervous system, does not mean everyone who has strong nervous system Paramashiva lands on them. But, apart from this silly conversations and problems and stupid poisonous atheists, if you are interested preparing yourself for Paramashivoham \- build your body heavy with the natural supplements, natural organic food, and heavy yoga. Especially this new series of Nithyananda Yoga I released. You will be having classes of Nithyananda Yoga with all the twelve Vinyasa Krama everyday in Nithyananda TV. Our Yogacharyas will be conducting the classes. Start practising from today everyday intense yoga. Prepare your body heavily for Paramashivoham. So Paramashiva land in you and manifest the state, space, powers and and His being through all of us, understand.

The core of your will is pure consciousness of Paramashiva. I’ll repeat, please listen. The core of your will, your individual identity is the pure overflowing superconsciousness of Paramashiva. I’ll repeat. The core of your being, will, self remembrance, identity is overflowing consciousness of Paramashiva. I am repeating so that these trolls can understand what I am saying. And I am seeing many of the so-called trolls, when they start trolling, they just do it casually. And after two-three videos, they slowly get hooked. Then, even if they make fun, past dirty comments and everything, they are not able to forget, so they continue to watch my videos. I tell you, if you have watch, if you have watch more than eleven videos of mine \- you are my disciple. You are hooked to me. Try your best to troll, I don’t have a problem. You are my disciple.

Sometime ago, one of the journalist, a deep thinker, but unfortunately brought up by the atheist information camp, atheist brainwashing camp. Because of that bringing up of atheist brainwashing camp, he was never able to become a seeker. He was still suffering with that brainwashing and psychological destruction atheism causes to a human being. He was not able to get out of the condition, but used to be very deep thinker. In that thought current, he’s a journalist, he called me and asked, “Can I have a interview?” I laughed and said, “We both are completely from opposite camps and I don’t know why you want to interview me?” He said, “No, no, no, I just want to interview you.” I told him, “Okay, if you are ready to maintain the ethics of journalist. You also have live recording. I also have live record. If you upload as it is without twisting, I will not upload my recording. If you twist then I will upload all my recording.” He agreed.

And then, while he was questioning, he said, “Whatever is said, you are the non-controversial Hindu leader.” I said, “No. I think I am the most controversial Hindu leader.” He said, “No Swamiji\! Understand, if somebody wants to learn Hinduism, they google Nithyananda. If somebody wants to follow Hinduism, they google Nithyananda. If somebody wants to troll Hinduism, they google Nithyananda. If somebody wants to tease, make fun of Hinduism, they google Nithyananda. If somebody wants to abuse Hinduism, they google Nithyananda. Somebody wants to attack Hinduism, they do it on Nithyananda.” I was shocked, “Oh God\!” So, he is giving a different interpretation.

He said, “Swamiji...” He was telling that he’s part of this atheist strategy gang, who strategise and attack the Hindu Gurus and Hindu traditions and Hinduism. He says in their camp, in their strategy meetings \- the only person they are afraid, who may revive Hinduism, who may really give a tough fight to them, about whom they are afraid is Nithyananda. I was laughing. He said, “Swamiji, other names we don’t even care, we treat them like a \>\>\>lost of transmission\>\>\> Only your name, we feel you are villain for us.” They feel I am the only villain or enemy. He was telling that is why they put all their resources attacking me. I started laughing. He said, “If somebody wants to follow Hinduism, they follow Nithyananda. If somebody wants to learn Hinduism, they learn Nithyananda. If somebody wants to practise Hinduism, they practise Nithyananda. Somebody wants to experience Hinduism, they experience Nithyananda. If somebody wants to make fun of Hinduism, they make fun of Nithyananda. If somebody wants to tease Hinduism, they tease Nithyananda. If somebody wants to attack Hinduism, they attack Nithyananda. It means whether the Hindu narratives \- revering, worshipping, following or anti Hindu narratives \- distracting, disturbing, making fun, teasing, abusing, accusing, attacking; whether the Hindu narratives behaviours or anti Hindu narratives behaviour \- both non-controversially accept you are the face of Hinduism. I said, “Are you interviewing me or praising me, I don’t understand.”

I tell you, think Hinduism, think Nithyananda is the reality. It is time we take the ultimate truths of Hinduism to the world. It’s shrouded in the mystery, kept in a hooded language, destroyed by the abnormal level of secrecy \- the whole Hindu tradition has become unreachable. My first job is decoding it, breaking the rules of secrecy, making it user friendly and making it available to the whole world. The whole spiritual science of Hinduism, the best of the spiritual science of Hinduism I am sharing with you all in the form of Paramashivoham program. It’s not just few spiritual experience, it’s literally Paramashiva entering into your being and manifest.

Understand, state of Paramashiva. What is the state of Paramashiva? You convinced you are Paramashiva and even you behaving like Paramashiva to yourself is the state of Paramashiva, understand. You declaring to yourself, “I am Paramashiva.” You convinced about yourself you are Paramashiva, and you cognise about yourself as Paramashiva, and even you behaving as Paramashiva to yourself is state of Paramashiva. Understand this definition. Spend little time watch the satsangs related to the pure Oneness and Advaita. You get convinced, you understand, you cognised you are Paramashiva and declared your integrity to Paramashiva, your allegiance to Paramashiva; that you are declaring you are Paramashiva and continuously even you behaving with yourself as Paramashiva is state of Paramashiva. Understand. Just this one powerful cognition, you can even etch it on your body as a tattoo \- I will behave with myself as I am Paramashiva. Even to me I will demand myself as Paramashiva.

One of the biggest problem the seekers suffer, “I am not enlightened. Swamiji only enlightened. How can I be?” Understand, this is the most important tirobhava, delusion you suffer. Take time, sit for a few days, do Nirahara Samyama, contemplate, cognise, watch the satsangs. Come to that conclusion you are Paramashiva, cognise you are Paramashiva. Declare to yourself you are Paramashiva and behave even with yourself as you are Paramashiva. That is manifesting the state of Paramashiva. I think this is too important truth, I should not talk further, only then you will digest this.

Essence of today’s satsang \- you declare even to yourself you are Paramashiva and even to yourself behave as you are Paramashiva. That is manifesting the state of Paramashiva.

Even if you take a few days, work on it. It’s worthy. Declare to yourself you are Paramashiva and even with yourself demand that behave yourself as Paramashiva. In the demand and behaviour, even if you face death is worthy. You will not, I am telling you, even if you face death, it’s worthy. Behave yourself as Paramashiva with yourself for yourself. Even with yourself behave as Paramashiva. Demand with yourself as Paramashiva. Ask, if Paramashiva behave like this? No. How will He behave? I know how you will behave. Let me behave like this because I am Paramashiva. That is what is practicing Paramashivoham. Practicing the state of Paramashivoham, manifesting the state of Paramashivoham. Even with yourself behave as Paramashiva. With this I bless you all. This is the best way to prepare yourself for Paramashivoham. So I can make you manifest state, space, powers and being of Paramashiva completely. Get ready for Paramashivoham.
