I welcome each one of you with My love and respects. Thank you for being here. Thank you for being here. I am honoured… by each and every one of you for being here.

\[00:32:29\] Paramaśiva’s message directly from Mahākailāsa on this auspicious occasion. Kailāsa is the revival of… ancient enlightened Hindu civilizational nation. I wanted to introduce… Kailāsa… and its principles, what we stand for… so far, the milestones we have achieved, everything… transparently in front of all of you.

First of all, I wanted to make it very clear: Kailāsa is revival of ancient enlightened Hindu civilizational nation. We are not just focused on territory alone. With the grace of Paramaśiva, we have been gifted… a small territory in more than one place by various countries. So, we do have a sovereign land signed as per the Vienna Convention, as per the international standards accepted by the international communities. Whatever is needed, the four ingredients to form a nation \- sovereign land, a permanent population, permanent government structure and the ability to have diplomatic relations, treaties with the other countries and organisations.

\[00:34:50\] By the grace of Paramaśiva, He has blessed us. We have all the four ingredients in place for Kailāsa nation, but we are not focused on just territory alone. Territory is more like running our headquarters. We are civilizational nation; first nation for all Hindus. We are working on reviving the enlightened civilization. Our constitution is Vedas and Āgamas and Manu and other dharmaśāstras prominently used, applied. 32 dharmaśāstras including Manu… forms the jurisprudence of Kailāsa. We are not just focusing on the place under your feet (land). We are more focusing on the space in your head and heart. So we are civilizational nation, not just… one more nation… with territory.

\[00:36:54\] I wanted to make it clear. I am repeating and I wanted to make it very clear: Kailāsa is not competition for any country. I get lot of questions about this. Now I am making it once and for all clear our stand. Kailāsa is not competition for any country \- Bharat, Nepal, Thailand or any country. We are only complimenting. We are ancient enlightened Hindu civilizational nation reviving… enlightened civilization. Let Me elaborate what we stand for, what is our constitution is and what we have achieved.

\[00:38:59\] If I am repeating Myself, please forgive Me. Maybe for those who join late, I am repeating Myself. There are four different types of religious nations in the world. Religious… nation with the constitutional monarch… like… United Kingdom. It’s a religious nation with a Parliament and Queen. There are some countries, religious nations, democratic like Pakistan. It’s a Muslim country run by elected politicians… democratically. And there are some countries, religious kingdoms like Thailand, a Buddhist kingdom run by King, kind of absolute monarchy. There are countries in Middle East, Muslim countries, absolute monarch. There are some countries run by monks and nuns, the religious people by themself like Vatican for Christians, Catholics.

\[00:40:50\] Kailāsa resembles more… in its structure like Vatican and Tibet. How? Vatican is run by… Christian monks and nuns, how the Tibet is run by Incarnations. Kailāsa is more of that structure, like Vatican and Tibet for Hindus. Even though we have… territory in more than one place,... we have sovereign land gifted to us by more than one nation in more than one place; small but sovereign land where we can have our full sovereignty. And also, few countries together have gifted a small land \- semi-sovereign, like autonomous status where we have, we can have our own civil rights. We have that kind of a land also gifted to us. And… we do have various levels of diplomatic relationship… with various countries… \- full fledged embassy, diplomatic relationships and host country agreement. Host country agreement means Kailāsa will have its embassy in their country, but their embassy will not be in Kailāsa. That’s a host country agreement and sister city agreements, de facto spiritual embassy of these various states. We do have diplomatic relationship with multiple countries. And… by the grace of Paramaśiva, we have established a permanent population, permanent… governing body and ability to enter into agreements, treaties with other countries and various organisations \- global level.

\[00:44:26\] This is… a small introduction about us. Around 30 countries have given us… universities status for our Hindu University. So in 30 countries that degrees, diplomay… diplomos… you received from Nityānanda Hindu University will be accepted as degree and educational qualification in 30 countries. And… in 6 countries, Kailāsa’s currency has been accepted. In 2 countries, it has been accepted as private currency. In 6 countries as mainstream currency, in 2 countries as private currency. And… we do have… legally recognised bank licences in 30 countries established and functional. All 30 of them joined together form the Reserve Bank of Kailāsa which runs based on Hindu principles. By the grace of Paramaśiva, we can claim with all the pride, the only bank which runs on Hindu principles. Only Hindu bank we have in the world is the reserve bank of Kailāsa. All this is the milestones we reached.

\[00:46:31\] We are trying to bring… political legitimacy to Hindu constitution. First amendment of the Kailāsa’s constitution which is rooted in Vedas and Āgamas. The first amendment, preamble. You can say preamble or the first amendment, any word is okay. First amendment of the Kailāsa’s constitution is, right to experience, to be treated… by yourself, by and by others and you towards others as Paramaśiva. Let Me repeat. Right to experience and treat yourself, treat others, to be and to be treated by others as Paramaśiva. This a first fundamental right… Kailāsa provides for every being; not just human beings, for every being. So naturally not only we are non-violent, we coexist blissfully… as per Kailāsa’s constitution. Every tree is a being. Every animal is a being. Every deity, installed deity as per Āgama… is a being. He has a complete fundamental rights. Right to receive the worship. He owns properties. He has a right to receive the worship \- Arcāvatāra. All Arcāvatāras have fundamental right… to receive the worship. Deities are given a constitutional right as per Kailāsa’s constitution. Once installed as per Āgama cannot be moved, shifted, disrespected or any… The integrity of the deity and its wealth… is constitutionally protected.

\[00:49:54\] All the… Hindu saṃsthānas are given… immunity from all prosecution. As per Kailāsa’s constitution,... immunity from all prosecution is given to all the Hindu saṃsthānas… which has… the history, pre-independence, whether in Nepal, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Bharat, Burma, Bangladesh, Pakistan, the 56 nations described in Mahābhārata. From Kandahar in Afghanistan. Gandhar, it’s called Gandhar. In Mahābhārata days, it is recorded, documented as Kandahar, from where the Śakuni and… his family came. Gandhāri… came from Afghanistan, Gandhar to Kadaram in Malaysia. There’s a place in Malaysia \- Kadaram, that is recorded in Mahābhārata. So these whole 56 nations documented in Mahābhārata, we acknowledge as… Hindu nations. All the Hindu saṃsthānas which existed before the independence, till the independence of those nations \- all those saṃsthānas are given the status of the Hindu state, Hindu nation as per the Kailāsa’s constitution; and inside the Kailāsa’s territory, they are all given absolute immunity from all prosecution… and persecution. Whether the territory we have in Kailāsa or the full-fledged diplomatic embassies we have in that places \- in both places, all the heads of the Hindu states receive absolute full immunity from all political persecution and prosecutions. Their integrity and sovereignty is maintained as per the pre-independence documents available.

\[00:53:32\] I wanted to thank everyone from all over the world… who helped us… with the grace of Paramaśiva to revive this Kailāsa, ancient enlightened Hindu civilizational nation. I received help not just only from Hindus, even from various other religious leaders. We received support morally, politically… and even many of them lobbied for us. I wanted to sincerely thank each and every one of you. If I have to take the names, it’s a long list. I’ll surely document all your names and upload it along with this session. And also all the Ambassadors of Kailāsa who are here for a special parliamentary session which is going to start from 18th, Thaipusam… \- thank you all for being here. I wanted to thank everyone who has given moral support, political support, who shared their time, treasure and talent… to revive Kailāsa. With absolute sincerity, I thank each and every one of you.

\[00:55:45\] Hinduism… is a greater science of Cosmos. It is not just non-violent, it’s absolute life positive. In every level, extreme life positive. Kailāsa represents all the sampradāyas of Hinduism. We are reviving all sampradāyas of Hinduism even though I am from Śaiva sampradāya. Kailāsa is not going to restrict itself only to Śaivism, it’s going to revive all sampradāyas of Hinduism. In every level,... our purpose is to tell the world… one grand narrative we stand for is, Sanātana Hindu Dharma is real. Its spiritual science is real. Its cosmological,... the science of cosmology revealed by Sanātana Hindu Hindu Dharma is real. The social structure of Hinduism, varṇāśramadharma is practical, liveable, workable. And it is also solution for millions of problems modern day humanity is facing. The economic principles of Hinduism is absolute life positive. The economic principles of Hinduism is more focused on generating, not by grabbing or controlling or holding. It is focused on generating. Only if the currency is kept current, it has a value. Keeping the currency current… is the fundamental principle of Hinduism. Making the Hindu economic principles… as liveable, practical,... demonstrating to the world… in every level at least like a seed bank.

\[00:59:28\] Kailāsa will be the model Hindu nation, like a seed bank. We have also received huge support from intelligentsia, the Brahmin community. While we were gathering the scriptures of Hinduism, almost 1 terabyte digitised… Hindu scriptures we received… from almost 8,000 people who were running, who are still running various Veda Pāṭhaśālās, libraries or just family collection. The digitised version, we usually avoid accepting the hard copy because it’s very difficult to… transport. So we received only digitised version \- digitised palm leaves, digitised old books. We received more than 1 terabyte. I thank each and every one of you for helping us to create this seed bank.

\[01:01:15\] The only aim I had, all the Hindu scriptures which are alive when I am alive should not die when I die. Whatever Hindu scriptures are alive now should live forever, even after I die. This is the goal with which 25 Sannyāsīs of Kailāsa… started working. I thank all the Śivācāryas, Vedic, Vedic paṇḍits, Gurukul in-chargers… for supporting us in this endeavour. Now we have organised everything, uploading it continuously…. for anyone to do research and study. Knowledge is free. This open source methodology was adopted by Hinduism first. Before any software companies started this concept of open source, Hindus have started it. So based on the same principle \- knowledge is free, we are organising and publishing it to the whole world… for everyone to do research, study, revive. So the largest Hindu knowledge repository is, our Kailāsa’s Jñānalaya.

\[01:03:19\] We have formed the website called Hinduismpedia. I sincerely request all of you to browse through. We organised all the scriptures and continuously still uploading. I think, we may take 2 or 3 more years to complete it because Hinduism has 2 crore source books. Hinduism does not have 1 scripture. It has a library of scriptures \- Vedas, Āgamas, Purāṇas, Smṛtis, and then the Ācāryas’ Bhāṣyas… and Vārtikas, Ṭīkās. A long list. Whatever we are able to gather and still gathering,... we have organised and presenting it to the world. Other than army, we have everything. We are a non-violent nation, run by the Sovereign Order of Kailāsa \- monks and nuns. So we don’t need army. Other than army, we have established almost everything needed, all the ingredients needed for a nation. And I wanted to tell you, all this was possible just because of Paramaśiva’s grace and each and every one of your support directly, indirectly… at various levels.

\[01:05:40\] Just looking back,... at the age of 3, I was made to observe Cāturmāsya after the initiation into Bāla Sannyās by My Gurus. Of course, they did all the rituals… on behalf of Me. And at the age of 10, had the… blessings and darśan of Paramaśiva. Age of 12 had the Paramādvaita anubhūti. At the age of 16, given Yoga Paṭṭābhiṣekam and My predecessors, My Gurus have left the body into Videha Samādhi. At the age of 16 (1994), with the grace of Paramaśiva, I started My public life, travelled the length and breadth of Bharat, stayed in various monasteries, āśrams, temples,... enriched by the Sanātana Hindu Dharma and its various sampradāyas. With the grace of Paramaśiva, revive… this Kailāsa. Now I am 44 completed, entered into 45\.

\[01:07:40\] One thing I wanted to assure all of you who put your hopes on Me, your faith on Me, your time, treasure, talent; all of you who invested your time, treasure, talent on Me, I commit to all of you and reassure My commitment and responsibility. With the grace of Paramaśiva, I will revive Kailāsa. We will have full-fledged… Hindu nation run by enlightened beings and Incarnations, Sovereign Order of Kailāsa, monks and nuns. Like Vatican for Christians and Catholics, Tibet for Buddhists, Israel for Jews, Kailāsa will remain as the first nation, religious first nation for all Hindus. That is the purpose of Kailāsa. We are not competition to Bharat, Nepal, Thailand or any other nation. Even if Bharat becomes Hindu nation, it’ll be run by politicians. Even if the Nepal becomes Hindu nation again, it’ll be run by the King. But Kailāsa will be run by the Sannyāsīs (monks and nuns), enlightened beings and Incarnations of the Sovereign Order of Kailāsa.

\[01:10:05\] Our focus is… to bring the solutions for all the problems modern day humanity is facing, whether… global warming or the pandemic and war benefiteering during pandemic. How the big pharmas are manipulating the pandemic, some of the politicians are manipulating the pandemic, war benefiteering from this pandemic \- for all these problems, Hinduism has solution. Getting those solutions out and offering it to the world is our primary focus now. Kailāsa’s primary focus now is bringing solution to all… real problems planet earth and humanity is facing.

\[01:11:42\] In multiple countries where Hinduism is not even accepted as religion, we established diplomatic relationships and working with those countries to recognise Hinduism as a religion,... standing for the grand narrative of Hinduism \- Sanātana Hindu Dharma is real. Hinduism has a great heritage, arts, science, Hindu medicines. Hindu medicines and the whole Hindu medical system is designed such a way, no one can exploit, manipulate. It is the most powerful… unmanipulatable… medical system. We are working on reviving all of this and bringing political legitimacy, social legitimacy, moral legitimacy, scientific legitimacy to every aspect of Hinduism.

\[01:13:43\] Due to the long persecution, unfortunately, so much of knowledge has been destroyed. Even Hindus lost confidence. Even Hindus don’t believe our Vaimānika Śāstra is workable. The descriptions available in the Vaimānika Śāstra of Bharadvāja, if you make those same circuits and ensemble, it works even now. The battery from Agastya, if you replicate it as per the description, it works even now. And, especially the revelations related to cosmology, the field of astrology, astronomy, cosmology \- actually all these are… like almost one and the same in Hinduism, one discipline. All these are real.

\[01:15:21\] Kailāsa is sincerely working to make this one statement: Sanātana Hindu Dharma is real and it is… not just useful to the humanity, it is needed for the survival of the humanity. Hinduism is not luxury or comfort, just a utility value, it is survival need for humanity. Hinduism is the religion produces most productive citizens; you can just look around. In 90 countries including United States of America, London, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, in 90 countries, Hindus are the richest ethnic minority, highest tax payers. Hindus are the highest tax payers, economic bank for 90 countries and never… form any terrorist group. Absolute non-violent. Wherever they go and settle, they are absolute contributing citizens. It’s all because of the Hindu values, Hindu principles, Hindu views and policies about life. So, Hinduism is not just… luxury, or comfort, or just enriching. Hinduism is survival need for humanity.

\[01:17:44\] Let Me do the mistake of repeating. Sanātana Hindu Dharma is real and Kailāsa stands for this grand narrative. And, once again, I wanted to sincerely thank… every one of you for being here… on this celebration. This Harvest Festival, fundamentally this festival is to thank everyone. We thank Bhūma Devī. We thank Sun, Sun God. We thank cows. We thank even the tools and equipments we use for agriculture, and all the friends and family, relatives, who support our agricultural civilization. We are not the currency-based economy; we are grain-based economy.

\[01:18:56\] Understand, Hinduism is the most decentralised… social structure. Knowledge is handed over to one varṇa \- Brāhmaṇas. Weapons are handed over to Kṣatras. Money is handed over to Vaiśyās. Land is handed over to Śūdras. Only these four is power of any country, any society. All the four are divided and handed over… to different varṇas so only if all four varṇas coexist, support each other… civilization can thrive. So there is no higher or lower. There is no hierarchy. It’s a coexistence. In Kailāsa, we made varṇāśramadharma as a official lifestyle, social structure. We will prove to the world varṇāśramadharma is not only workable, that is the reason… for the longevity of Hinduism. Why we are not yet dead? See there are, there were 49 pre-Bronze Age civilization. 48 have disappeared. Only 1 civilization is still alive. That is Hindu civilization. The reason why the Hindu civilization survived… is… varṇāśramadharma social structure. Right understanding about the varṇāśramadharma… and reviving it.

\[01:21:40\] Showcasing a seed bank, model… society… to the world is the purpose of Sanātana, is the purpose of Kailāsa and we are successful in it. We are successful in it. Soon, once the travel is eased all over the world, we will open our borders. We will open Kailāsa for all of you to come physically and see for yourself… what we did in last, around 25 years. As I said at the age of 16 (1994), I received Yoga Paṭṭābhiṣekam. I was born in 1978, so 1994 when I was 16 I received Yoga Paṭṭābhiṣekam, entered the public life. Now, 44 over. Almost roughly 25 to 26 years. The grace of Paramaśiva, what we did, we will open to all of you to come and see for yourself, enjoy for yourself, experiment for yourself soon.

\[01:23:17\] Many are asking Me, “Please Swamiji, reveal the location.” Actually location is in more than one place. As I said, by the grace of Paramaśiva, more than one countries have given us sovereign land. So, we are connecting all of it with the independent sea route and independent air route. So, we can present ourself as a single nation to the world. And we also have… in few places autonomous land, semi-sovereign. So, we are working… on connecting all of it.

\[01:24:19\] Once again,... thank you all,... the statesmen… from various countries, social influencers like Bollywood celebrities and Hollywood celebrities and… media personalities, mainstream media personalities and social media personalities, Hindu activists. Thank you all for being here, especially these few names I wanted to repeat again and thank.

\[01:27:40\] What Vivekānanda visualised, Śrī Aurobindo aspired,... Osho worked, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi mandated, Paramahansa Yogananda yearned,... with all their blessings and grace… and Paramaśiva’s direct blessings, Mīnākṣī’s grace, we made Kailāsa into reality.
