Subject for today’s webinar: Can leaders be created, are they born? Listen, both. Let me define leader.Leader is a person who can manifest his conscious decision with the will persistence and manifest it as reality in the real life by giving a conscious breakthrough to his own DNA through quantum leap from the normal natural selection process and lead his life is a leader. Let me repeat. Your DNA goes through a natural selection process called growth. Leader is a person who can use his conscious decision power, will persistence, and give a breakthrough to the slow growth natural selection process a quantum leap and manifest what he wants as a reality in his life, is a leader.

If your conscious decision, will persistence decides you are a leader, you want to be a leader \- you are going to manifest what you want. I tell you, that always gives a quantum jump to your natural growth, natural selection process. I really want all of you to understand. I really want all of you to understand…. the natural selection process which your DNA goes through, that slow growth is not compulsion or mandation or fate of you, understand. Till you use the conscious decision power, it can be fate. Once you decide to use the conscious decision power, you can just alter, change, delete, rewrite anything you want. Anything you want\!

Fundamentally, conscious decision to hold the higher-level cognitions in you changes the very way your biology works. Please listen\! Not just the way your physiology works, the very way your biology works. Biology is completely different from physiology. The very way your biology works changes by the power of conscious decision \- conscious decision to hold powerful cognition.Conscious decision to hold powerful cognition matters. More and more you hold the powerful cognitions – You are Paramashiva … you are Super Conscious. Do not hold the cognition you are not the body. That is stupidity\! Listen. One of the biggest false propaganda \- if you start holding the idea you are not the body, you are not the mind, you will get enlightened. No\! Only if you hold the powerful cognition you are Consciousness, you will become enlightened. If you feel you are not the body, you are not the mind, you will fall into depression. Then what else?

You need to be affirmative in the space of Purṇa, not just emptying in the path of Shunya. Listen. Emptying in the path of Shunya is not ultimate…. affirming in the path of Purna. People who want to exploit you by keeping you as a slave forever teach you to hold the cognition you are not the body, you are not the mind. Be very clear, I am not saying you are body or I am not saying you are mind. But don’t hold the cognition you are not the body, you are not the mind. Hold the cognition you are pure Consciousness. Automatically you are not the body, you are not the mind will happen in you as a side effect. Fundamentally, you will really experience you are body also, mind also, but you are not bound by any of it.This dilution stupidity has destroyed humanity too much. Dilution stupidity has destroyed humanity too much. Too much\! That's too much\!

You need to know the powerful cognitions you hold are like a nectar. If you hold the wrong, it will become poison.Every Upanishadic truth is a powerful cognition. If you hold the powerful cognition ‘You are Paramashiva’, ultimate Oneness space, where you are free from everything, completely unclutched \- manifesting Mahat Tattva, Maha Tattva, manifesting macrocosm, Universe comes out of you, lives in you, relaxes in you. Universe comes out of you, rests in you, relaxes in you. Hold the truth, hold the truth of Enlightenment. Hold the truth of Enlightenment. Hold the experience of powerful cognitions in your being.

I tell you, when you hold the powerful cognition in your being, ‘I am Paramashiva’, use that consciously and break your tiredness, boredom, sadness, depression, blind spots, reasonless guilt, reasonless feeling low; all these stupidity you break, you give a breakthrough, give a quantum jump to your DNA from the natural selection growth rate.I will call natural selection growth rate as atheistic materialistic growth rate \- AM growth rate. Conscious decision giving breakthrough and quantum leap to your DNA – I will call it as PM growth rate, Paramashivoham growth rate.

Leaders are born sometime, made many time. Your conscious breakthrough capability is powerful enough to have the life you want manifested in you. It is capable of giving a superconscious breakthrough.Understand, our Vedas and Agama, Dharma Shastras \- in every level they teach you how to hold the powerful cognition and manifest leadership consciousness in you.You should know Advaita is not something like a remote possibility you will practice later on. No\! It is as simple as having a morning breakfast. You can get enlightened by holding the powerful cognition before your next breakfast. How the death is possible every minute, enlightenment is possible every minute.

Enlightenment is the purpose of life. Listen carefully. He is such good person, good being; real non-violence comes by powerful cognition. I want all of you to hold on to that powerful cognition ‘I am Paramashiva.’ Even with you behave as Paramashiva. Even when you are alone in your bedroom talk to you as Paramashiva, behave with yourself as Paramashiva, demand yourself to be Paramashiva. You will be so integrated with His principles, His vibration, cosmos will feel so good about you, you will feel so good about cosmos. That is what I call leadership quality. Feeling so good about you and the world and life and everything is leadership. You will feel ‘brahmanyam bahuputratam’, ‘favorite inheritor of the cosmos’. Brahmanyam Bahuputratam, ‘I am the favorite chosen one of the cosmos’ I tell you, feeling that is what I call leadership quality. That can happen just by holding on to the truth ‘you are Paramashiva’.

Essence of todays satsang ‘You are Paramashiva’.

Today’s subject for the webinar is \- Guru Tattva.

I’ll start with one incident happened between Me and Arunagiri Yogishwara.

Once Arunagiri Yogishwara, My Guru, gave Me an instruction and then He asked, “Will you do it?”

I was shocked\!

Please understand. I used to use all My resistance, fighting, using all the bad words, everything, with other Gurus like Yogananda Puri, Vibhudhananda Puri, Annamalai Swamigal... even with Ramkumar Surat little, but never ever resisted Arunagiri Yogishwara. It was such pure intense passionate loving beautiful relationship. Never I resisted Him or never I uttered a word or even thought...had a thought against Him or against His words. So I was shocked. I felt, “What did I do even He had a doubt and He has to ask Me, “Will you do it?” I immediately folded My hands and said, “You are God\! You are Shiva\! How can I not do what you say?” He laughed and said, “No. If I am God, You are also God. In the powerful cognition of Guru is God, that same cognition applies \- “You are also God”. In that God-God, you don’t need to listen to the God. You are One in Oneness. Only if you know I am the Guru who is going to make you experience God, you need to listen to Me.”

Understand, I was shocked.... the way He made Me understand. He said, “If I am God \- You are also God. That’s ultimate reality, that’s a powerful cognition. From that powerful cognition, you don’t need to listen to Me. We both are in one and the same, in Oneness. If you have the powerful cognition \- “I am the Guru who is going to make you experience God, You need to listen to Me.” He said, “That is the powerful cognition You need to have. With the powerful cognition \- Guru is God, You may not need to listen, because You are also God. The most powerful cognition is \- God is Guru \- not Guru is God.” Understand. God is Guru... to make you realize you are God. Only then you need to listen to Him. Only then you will achieve Enlightenment. Surely it was a completely different, all together, “Aaah\! Yes\! Yes\!\! What He said is right\! Not that God is Guru \- Guru is God.” The cognition I was having is ‘Guru is God’. But He shifted it to ‘God is Guru’.

Listen carefully. Guru Tattva makes you realize real God. Till then, you will not even have the right cognition about God. You see, all the incarnations of Vishnu, gives a breakthrough in DNA level; like your DNAs natural selection process is pushed to the next level. Like amoeba takes a jump and becomes a fish. Fish takes a jump and moves to tortoise. Tortoise takes a jump and moves to pig. Pig takes a jump and moves to animal-man. This big pushes, the natural selection process is given a breakthrough by Vishnu’s incarnation. Conscious decision process is given breakthrough by Shiva’s incarnations.

Understand. Great incarnations of Mahadeva like Kalabhairava, Veerabhadra, Munishwara, Durvasa, all those Beings give great conscious breakthroughs. Now we are in a position, the best evolved DNA and best evolved Consciousness, the chit jatā granthi \- the body and Consciousness we have is the best possible form we need to have the next breakthrough, the ultimate breakthrough.

That is the purpose of My happening. Understand. Vishnu’s incarnation gives breakthrough in the DNA. Shiva’s incarnation gives breakthrough in Consciousness. Guru gives breakthrough in both. When Paramashiva happens as a Guru, He gives a breakthrough in both levels. Guru Tattva is respected and revered in Sanatana Hindu Dharma, far more than any idea of God. The highest idea of God is given the seat of Third Eye, but Sahasrara \- the crown center is given to Guru Tattva. In Sanatana Hindu Dharma, the highest God you can experience is given Third Eye, means Ajna Chakra. But the Guru...Guru Tattva is given Sahasrara. So understand, Hinduism itself is Guru Sampradaya.

There is so much to tell about Guru Tattva, Guru Parampara. Experiencing the Guru is the ultimate. I think all of you should spend little time on Guru Gita. At least reading the translation, amazing translation is available by Bhagawan Nithyananda’s Ashram from Ganeshpuri Mumbai. Mumbai Ganeshpuri, there is a Ashram \- Bhagawan Nithyananda’s organization. They have done a very beautiful translation. Maybe I think, Swami Muktananda published. You should read that translation.

Guru Gita is the ultimate Agama. He speaks to Her about Him. Paramashiva Himself speaks to Parashakti about Guru; the ultimate Guru speaking to ultimate Disciple about the ultimate Guru Tattva. I think there is too much to tell, that is why I am not able to tell. That’s what is the real...when I try to speak about Guru Tattva. More than Paramashiva, who else can describe Guru Gita. We just have to listen to His words directly.

Essence of today’s webinar is \- Read Guru Gita. That’s it.

Today's subject for the webinar – Surrender. I will explain precisely how I experienced surrender and what happened when I experienced surrender. Please listen, first, Integrity is nothing but intellectually coming to Oneness with Guru… which I started experiencing with Annamalai Swamigal; like intellectually Oneness with the Guru.

Authenticity is emotionally experiencing Oneness with the Guru.

Responsibility is your Being feeling Oneness with the Guru.

Enriching is your Consciousness feeling Oneness with Guru.

Listen, with integrity your intellectual alignment stars, intellectual surrender starts, intellectual Oneness starts. With authenticity your emotional Oneness starts. With responsibility your Being Oneness starts. With enriching your whole Consciousness Oneness starts.

I tell you, till real surrender happened, integrity was my first priority, then authenticity, then responsibility, then enriching. When the surrender happened, enriching becomes my first priority. That became my first priority. It’s not that I gave up my integrity. But enriching became the first operative cognition when surrender happened to me. Whoever wants, take this as a click, when you decide enriching as the first priority, simply surrender happens; because for enriching you have to have all the other three alignment. If you are not able to enrich, somewhere some part of you \- whether your intellect or emotion or Being is not convinced, not yet convinced.

I tell you, from my atma pramana, when the surrender happened, when I decided the enriching to be the first part, component of my life, that be the powerful cognitions to drive me, I saw authenticity, responsibility, integrity everything following. When I decided I will spread what Paramashiva did to me, I will share that to the world and start enriching the world with Paramashiva, His Being, who is He and His state, His space, His powers, His Being and His super consciousness, I saw responsibility, authenticity, integrity, everything was following. If you want to experience surrender, start enriching. Then everything else just follows. If you want sudden enlightenment, make the enriching as your basic cognition. If you want gradual enlightenment go through integrity…. integrity means aligning all the words you utter inside and outside to the reality… start. Then authenticity…. Start. Then responsibility… Start. Then enriching… Start.

Understand, people ask me “Swamiji is Enlightenment gradual or sudden?” It is both… based on you, up to you. If you want gradual enlightenment … “That is enough for me. Sudden is too much. It is like somebody else entering into me. So gradually, gradually, gradually, gradually, gradually, we will eat food also, and this also, and that also and that also, and that also, and that also …hmmm… after slowly-slowly-slowly sometime.” If you are interested in gradual enlightenment, you can start with integrity, authenticity, step by step; whenever you fail… completion and then again restoring the space and then you can continue. If you want sudden Enlightenment, decide enriching to be your cognition \- You have to make it happen. You will see responsibility, authenticity, integrity everything just follows. Above all He just does continuous miracles in your life. Last few days I am seeing continuous miracles. I can see very clearly.

So, understand, when you decide to enrich, putting enriching as the first cognition, authenticity, responsibility, integrity, everything follows; your brain radiates, your knowledge explodes. Surrender becomes the space for Paramashiva to dance. It becomes the chidambara for Him to dance.

I tell you, if you want enlightenment to be gradual, do practice \- spiritual practices. Integrity, authenticity, responsibility, enriching, do it step by step. Enlightenment will be gradual. If you want sudden enlightenment, decide surrender, enriching to be your basic cognition and start functioning. You will see the sudden enlightenment happens when the enriching becomes your basic cognition, when the enriching becomes your basic cognition. When enriching becomes your basic cognition, simply authenticity, responsibility, integrity follows… sudden Enlightenment manifests. I want to tell you, this is the precise way I experienced surrender with Arunagiri Yogishwara. When I started putting the enriching as the basic cognition, I saw the whole authenticity, responsibility, integrity just following and sudden enlightenment manifesting. I highly recommend this same path for everybody who thinks they are my follower or disciple, or fan or devotee, whatever-whatever you claim, student.
