First and foremost important thing, I wanted to share with you on this great subject \- ‘Anti-Aging through super powers’. The first sacred secret you need to know from Paramashiva \- anti-aging is possible. That’s first. Second, your association of Chit Jata means the body and Consciousness; if Consciousness overlaps the body, body gets the qualities of the Consciousness, if body overlaps the Consciousness \- your Consciousness gets the qualities of the body, like a feeling bound, suffocated, heavy, depressed. Listen. Listen carefully. Which component is predominantly active in you... if your Consciousness is alive, functioning, if that is operating, all the intra organs and internal organs of your system, body manifest the qualities of Consciousness. Your Consciousness, Paramashiva declares \- He is eternal sixteen. In His dhyana sloka, in Agama, He says, “I am eternal sixteen, meditate on Me as eternal sixteen.”

Listen carefully. Whether your body takes over your internal organs and intra organs or your Consciousness takes over your intra organs and internal organs and body, fundamentally, what you strongly believe as you, those cognitions are all based on your identification and qualities of the body or the identification and qualities of Consciousness. If you feel you are going to die and remember that continuously, that is the cognitions based on body. You will feel you are mortal and your internal organs will react, respond in the same way and intra organs….when I say ‘intra organs’ \- the fourteen chakras. Your intra organs also will respond in the same way you and your Consciousness will feel constantly suffocated, caged inside the body”.

Understand. If your cognitions are based on more the qualities of the Consciousness, feeling free and DEEP within you, you know you are not going to die and you are existing forever and how you exist during the dream and deep sleep and waking state, you will exist beyond death... maybe the shell will go through some changes, but you are going to exist forever. When you are operating from those beliefs, your intra organ will manifest the same and internal organ will manifest the same and body will manifest the same. More and more anti-aging will be happening in you. Understand.

The inner software you are having \- is it programmed more based on the qualities and perceptions of the body or is it more based on the qualities and perceptions of the Consciousness... Chit or Jata... which is overpowering your inner software’s operation? That’s all decides your anti-aging or aging. Listen carefully. Sometimes you can be in your teenage and feel suffocated, depressed and suicidal, means you are old already\! Sometimes you can be 115,120,150 and feel so light, alive and joyful, complete, fulfilled, purna, ecstatic. Understand. It is fundamentally...the good news I have is, fundamentally it is the way you cognize you, your inner software, that decides aging or anti-aging. The great news I have is, that can be consciously programmed and changed through your will persistence. It is possible and it is possible for you, because fortunately Paramashiva, Mahadeva, has given the will persistence to all of us.

Simple technique I will give \- constantly listen to the satsangs related to Integrity. Spend time in Nlighten App; continuously listen to the thought currents and ideas about Integrity from multidimensional. I have explained Integrity at least from 108 various dimensions. Why Integrity is important power you need to manifest; whether the relationship angle, your health angle or your life angle, your social, economical, spiritual, health, wealth, in every angle, spend time on Integrity satsangs. You will understand, you are given will persistence by Paramashiva and you decide not to believe you have will persistence because if you know you have will persistence, you can change, you have the responsibility to change. You don’t want that, you only want to blame somebody. You only want to find a reason for your failures; you are not interested in success. That is the problem. If you practice Integrity, you will understand, “Oh God\!” You will catch the blind spot\! Then you will decide to be successful and you will take the responsibility to be successful, whole thing is too easy. Understand that.

Just practice little bit, so much of your fears will melt down. Understand. When I say, “Don’t die for next three years, do no die within next three years, somehow be alive, I will reach out to you”, I really mean, I have a...please understand, it’s not that I have some marketing plan through which I am going to reach out. I know when something powerful happens, how powerfully it reaches out to the whole world and it reaches out to the whole humanity. I know the powerful way Paramashiva is manifesting through this body. I know He is going to do the job. That is why I am so confident and putting this in public record, “just be alive, don’t die within next three years, Paramashiva will reach you with Enlightenment Science.” Of course, whether to have it or not, is your freedom. He will reach out to you free of charge, free of any other commitment. Understand. Whether to manifest it or not, is up to you, but He will reach out to you. As easy as putting the bread from your plate into your mouth and making it into blood, your blood. Understand. Of course, you have….you will have a freedom to put it from the plate into your mouth or not; that’s your freedom. But I’ll serve it in your plate and bring it to you \- that easy it will be reached out to you.

Listen carefully. The cognitions, inner software which operates your system, which generates your desire patterns, your joy patterns, your pleasure patterns, your greed patterns, your fear patterns, your anxiety patterns, your depression patterns, your frustration patterns, your good...idea of your good, idea of your bad, your right-wrong \- all which you generate, which is generated inside your system continuously. That source software should operate with more and more by the qualities of Consciousness – Paramashiva; not by the qualities and ideas of body, but by the qualities and ideas of Paramashiva, Super Consciousness, Consciousness, the state, space, powers, Being of Paramashiva.

Listen. If you watch the satsangs of Integrity for next few days, your whole system will understand what I am saying. You will understand...you see, Integrity is important source code you need to understand with which your inner conscious software is programmed. If you understand the source code, you can decode the whole secret... of how you are programmed and you can easily develop yourself and evolve yourself as a Super Conscious Being. Understand. Grasping the truths about Integrity... manifesting the power of Integrity will make you understand the power of your will persistence. It will remind you many successes you had about manifesting Super Consciousness in your life, manifesting what you want in your life, through will persistence. Understand. Through will persistence all the successes you had, when you are reminded, if you practice integrity you will be reminded about it. Then you will get so much of confidence on the power of integrity and you will decide to live integrity. That’s the first step for anti-aging \- More and more powerful cognitions, understandings.

I gave one example \- Body is mortal, Consciousness is immortal. Deep down what you believe as you, what is your inner software beliefs.... that is going to impact your internal organ, intra organ. Intra organ means chakras. That is going to impact your intra organ and internal organ and body.

Beautifully Krishna says, “The Consciousness can neither be killed nor be burned or be made wet.” The great qualities of Consciousness should be your cognition about you. Consciously decide to program, program, program, meditate, meditate, meditate, contemplate, declare to yourself \- “You are Consciousness \- Paramashiva. Even with you behave yourself as Paramashiva. Even with you behave yourself as Paramashiva. That is the highest Integrity to Paramashiva. Understand. If you think, you have something other than Paramashiva, you abuse Paramashiva. How can anything other than Paramashiva exist? Then you are more powerful than Paramashiva?\!\! He is the only Purusha, no other Purusha exists other than Paramashiva. So even with yourself behave as Paramashiva, is Integrity to Paramashiva. This is the best way you will prepare yourself for Paramashivoham experience. Today’s subject: ‘11 Genders’. Some of the most powerful sacred secrets and powerful cognitions you need to know from Paramashiva about the 11 Genders. One, gender is the totality of your identification with physical body, psychological layer, physiological existence and your will about you. Listen. Your physical existence, your physiological existence, your psychological existence and your identification \- Aham \- Will \- in all four levels, how you feel the totality of all these four put together is your Gender and unfortunately, society does not have this elaborate true understanding, because this knowledge was kept with elite. Society has only the very rough middle class mentality, mediocre understanding of 2 gender and now they are coming up slowly only to the level of third gender. But actually, 11 genders exist; the various permutation combinations of your gender identification in the physical level, physiological level, psychological level and Will – Aham \- the individual conscious level.

So understand when Hinduism, Vedas and Agamas asks you to be a celibate till the age of 21, the purpose is \- for you to realize in physical level what is the gender with which you feel comfortable, in psychological level what is the gender with which you are comfortable, in physiological level what is the gender identity with which you are comfortable and your conscious, self conscious level what is the gender with which you are comfortable \- exploring it. Understand. One of the biggest problem is \- till 21 if you allow somebody to explore you or if you explore somebody you collapse into the wrong identification due to powerless cognitions and you build a wrong gender identity.

Understand. Whether you feel oversexed or undersexed, womanizer or suppressed, any powerlessness or complication in the level of sex and sexual fulfilment or sexual desires, sexual guilt and any problem you go through with the sex, fundamentally starts with gender identification. I tell you, when your gender is properly identified, all the sexual problems just melt down. Three thousand problems sexologists have created can just melt down if you just diagnose your gender, that’s all, nothing else.

Please understand. Multiple disorders related to eating, can be cured completely. Multiple disorders related to drug addictions can be cured completely just by gender identification. Do not... first thing, just say ‘no’ to society and society labelling you in any gender. If you are below 21, decide not to allow anybody to physically explore you and never explore another physical body. Wait, wait\! Understand. Gender identity is like a mercury. It cannot be kept even in golden pot. It can be only kept in stone vessel. Only after 21, your system becomes a stone vessel. If you are below 21, decide no question of exploring another body or letting another body to explore you. And if you are already above 21, and if you feel you have allowed people to explore you or you explored other bodies, don’t fall into guilt, but sit and go through every incident and go for completing it.

All the understandings, false identifications, misinterpretations, powerless cognitions, inserted into you, got inserted into you \- look at them all with eyes of conspiracy theory. Please understand. Do not forgive, the way society dowholed you. The way society pulled you through its jackets. No\! Do not forgive, do not forget, the society’s abuses on you. Understand. Any problem you have related to sex, directly or indirectly it is society’s conspiracy against you. They may be ignorant... then they should be clear they are ignorant and they should not have abused you... with their misunderstandings.

I am revealing the original truths as it is from Paramashiva. One by one, understand \- first thing: there are 11 genders. Second thing: you just need Completion, whatever way you are. Below 21, so decide not to allow anybody to explore you and do not explore other bodies till 21\. Even if you have explored earlier, decide to go for intense completions. All the cognitions inspired you to explore other body or allow others to explore your body and after exploring, physical relationship, the kind of a cognitions, emotions, mood swings, you were going through \- pen down all of that, effects and side effects and after effects of you exploring the another body or another person exploring your body, go through the whole thing and complete completely. Go for completion. If you are preparing for Paramashivoham, take this as a instruction. Please start doing it.

And I want to tell you, If you are above 21, if you have allowed anybody to explore you or you explored others, go for completion. If you are below 21, don’t allow from now, anybody to explore others and explore yourself. Even if you are below 21 and already you allowed somebody to explore you or you explored some other body, go for completion.

I tell you, identifying your gender makes you so perfect, complete. Diagnosis makes you manifest powers; not only solves all your food pattern problems, addiction related problems and sexual orientation complications, sexual identity crisis, gender identity crisis, I tell you, even the middle aged mood swing or the dullness you have, everything, if you are bored, tired, every problem \- this is the master solution, I am telling you. This solution is something too good to be true.

I am telling you, you need to cognize \- your Will... the Aham... tries to play with your multiple possibility, multiple permutation combination. Sometimes it tries to be physically male and physiologically female and psychologically gay. Sometime it tries to be psychologically male, physiologically female and physically gay. It just tries multiple permutation combinations, explores itself. During those period you just need to be with yourself. That is what Paramashiva calls as ‘Krama Brahmacharya’. He is not calling that as a ‘Naishtika Brahmacharya’. At that first 21 years, you don’t take the vow \- ‘I’ll be celibate forever’. No\! The exploration period... Blessed are those, knowingly or unknowingly remained celibate in the first 21 years of your life; you have built a best foundation for your existence. First 21 years of your life, if you have not physically explored anybody and allowed physically to explore you, you have built a best foundation for your life. The whole puppy love, everything is just your Will, the Individual Consciousness, the Pratyagatma Chaitanya, trying to explore the permutation combination. Finally it settles in any one of the 11 gender category Paramashiva describes.

Three worst things are done to you by society.

First: trying to push you into 3 or 4 genders they are recognizing, like a... pushing you into either male or female or lesbian or gay. That’s one of the biggest crime done to you.

Second: not letting you understand, that they don’t have the ultimate solution, they are ignorant, but trying to push their half, unverified, not time tested, non fool proof understandings, ideas, concepts, cognitions, being pushed into you, forced to digest; because you eat their food, they are pushing you into eat their ideas also. That is the worst child abuse. Understand. Just because you are eating their food, they are pushing you to eat their ideas. No\! Paramashiva is very clear. That is why, first 21 years He liberates you from taking food from one person. He lets you be in Gurukul and tells \- Beg and eat; so your food is not dependent on one person and no one person can put their ideas into you and force you to digest their ideas. Whenever you are expected to be free from the conspiracies and half baked untruths of the society, whenever you need to be insulated from the stupid powerless cognitions and ideas from the society, Mahadeva declares \- “Aye, Go for begging and eating. Live in the forest and eat what nature gives. If you need little more, go for begging.” So no one has a right over you and no one will groom you, for their future plans.

Guru, even Guru of the Gurukul is not authorized to groom you for his future plan. That is why Drona is failure. Dronacharya is the failure because he has his future plan and groomed. That is why, Arjuna was in confusion. The whole confusion of the Arjuna was Drona’s conspiracy put inside Arjuna. Krishna has to detoxify Arjuna. Understand. Even Guru is not allowed to build, groom you, for his vested interest. He also has only one vested interest \- vested interest of Mahadeva, Paramashiva. That is not vested interest... that is INTEREST in you. Understand. Only for the interest of Paramashiva, even Guru can groom you.

Basic truths about life: your gender identification \- your Will, when it is trying, doing all the trial and error of the gender identification, it should be given freedom... freedom to be celibate. Understand. Society is so abusive... only if it hooks you into the greed of sexual need; I call it “grid of sex”... you can continue to be exploited.

Diabetes is grid of food. Sexual incompletion is grid of sex.

Once you are hooked to diabetes and hypertension, you are in the grid of food and health related grid forever. Forever you have to work to pay the Pharmaceutical Companies. You are a best client and customer for them now. Same way, once you have the wrong identification of the gender and you are hooked into the sexual greed grid \- over\! Even if you are impotent, you will be earning and paying them to cure you. If you are a womanizer, you will be earning and paying them to make you more sexually active. In either way, you will end up being their consumer, customer and patient for them.

The first 21 years till you find your identification ... and your beautiful alignment of the gender, which is the true integrity with which your physical, physiological, psychological existence has feel complete. In these 11 genders, one permutation combination gives you a complete completion \- “Wow”. The heaven experience in your body, your 6 feet body feels heaven... that experience to happen in you, you need to explore what is the gender you are really. Without letting other body to explore you, you to explore other body, just be celibate for little time, especially the 21 days of Paramashivoham, try to be completely celibate; because I’ll be supporting you very strongly, super consciously, to awaken to your reality and identify the right permutation combination among these 11 genders, which one you feel “aaahh, I know me.”

In which one you feel, “aahh, I know me”, to come to that experience, that is what I call the state of Ardhanarishvara, Paramashiva; the state of Ardhanarishvara. Ardhanarishvara is the ultimate symbol of the Completion of the gender identity; liberation from gender crisis. It’s a beautiful form Paramashiva takes to show the completion of the gender identity. In Arunachala in Thiruvannamalai, we have a beautiful deity of Paramashiva as Ardhanarishvara. Fortunately, the replica, exact replica of that deity is made and installed in Pashchima Kailasa, Los Angeles Aadheenam. One, gender is the totality of your identification with physical body, psychological layer, physiological existence and your will about you. Listen. Your physical existence, your physiological existence, your psychological existence and your identification \- Aham \- Will \- in all four levels, how you feel the totality of all these four put together is your Gender and unfortunately, society does not have this elaborate true understanding, because this knowledge was kept with elite. Society has only the very rough middle class mentality, mediocre understanding of 2 gender and now they are coming up slowly only to the level of third gender. But actually, 11 genders exist; the various permutation combinations of your gender identification in the physical level, physiological level, psychological level and Will – Aham \- the individual conscious level.

So understand when Hinduism, Vedas and Agamas asks you to be a celibate till the age of 21, the purpose is \- for you to realize in physical level what is the gender with which you feel comfortable, in psychological level what is the gender with which you are comfortable, in physiological level what is the gender identity with which you are comfortable and your conscious, self conscious level what is the gender with which you are comfortable \- exploring it. Understand. One of the biggest problem is \- till 21 if you allow somebody to explore you or if you explore somebody you collapse into the wrong identification due to powerless cognitions and you build a wrong gender identity.

Understand. Whether you feel oversexed or undersexed, womanizer or suppressed, any powerlessness or complication in the level of sex and sexual fulfilment or sexual desires, sexual guilt and any problem you go through with the sex, fundamentally starts with gender identification. I tell you, when your gender is properly identified, all the sexual problems just melt down. Three thousand problems sexologists have created can just melt down if you just diagnose your gender, that’s all, nothing else.

Please understand. Multiple disorders related to eating, can be cured completely. Multiple disorders related to drug addictions can be cured completely just by gender identification. Do not... first thing, just say ‘no’ to society and society labelling you in any gender. If you are below 21, decide not to allow anybody to physically explore you and never explore another physical body. Wait, wait\! Understand. Gender identity is like a mercury. It cannot be kept even in golden pot. It can be only kept in stone vessel. Only after 21, your system becomes a stone vessel. If you are below 21, decide no question of exploring another body or letting another body to explore you. And if you are already above 21, and if you feel you have allowed people to explore you or you explored other bodies, don’t fall into guilt, but sit and go through every incident and go for completing it.

All the understandings, false identifications, misinterpretations, powerless cognitions, inserted into you, got inserted into you \- look at them all with eyes of conspiracy theory. Please understand. Do not forgive, the way society doveholed you. The way society pulled you through its jackets. No\! Do not forgive, do not forget, the society’s abuses on you. Understand. Any problem you have related to sex, directly or indirectly it is society’s conspiracy against you. They may be ignorant... then they should be clear they are ignorant and they should not have abused you... with their misunderstandings.

I am revealing the original truths as it is from Paramashiva.

One by one, understand \- first thing: there are 11 genders.

Second thing: you just need Completion, whatever way you are. Below 21, so decide not to allow anybody to explore you and do not explore other bodies till 21\. Even if you have explored earlier, decide to go for intense completions. All the cognitions inspired you to explore other body or allow others to explore your body and after exploring, physical relationship, the kind of a cognitions, emotions, mood swings, you were going through \- pen down all of that, effects and side effects and after effects of you exploring the another body or another person exploring your body, go through the whole thing and complete completely. Go for completion. If you are preparing for Paramashivoham, take this as a instruction. Please start doing it.

And I want to tell you, If you are above 21, if you have allowed anybody to explore you or you explored others, go for completion. If you are below 21, don’t allow from now, anybody to explore others and explore yourself. Even if you are below 21 and already you allowed somebody to explore you or you explored some other body, go for completion.

I tell you, identifying your gender makes you so perfect, complete. Diagnosis makes you manifest powers; not only solves all your food pattern problems, addiction related problems and sexual orientation complications, sexual identity crisis, gender identity crisis, I tell you, even the middle aged mood swing or the dullness you have, everything, if you are bored, tired, every problem \- this is the master solution, I am telling you. This solution is something too good to be true.

I am telling you, you need to cognize \- your Will... the Aham... tries to play with your multiple possibility, multiple permutation combination. Sometimes it tries to be physically male and physiologically female and psychologically gay. Sometime it tries to be psychologically male, physiologically female and physically gay. It just tries multiple permutation combinations, explores itself. During those period you just need to be with yourself. That is what Paramashiva calls as ‘Krama Brahmacharya’. He is not calling that as a ‘Naishtika Brahmacharya’. At that first 21 years, you don’t take the vow \- ‘I’ll be celibate forever’. No\! The exploration period... Blessed are those, knowingly or unknowingly remained celibate in the first 21 years of your life; you have built a best foundation for your existence. First 21 years of your life, if you have not physically explored anybody and allowed physically to explore you, you have built a best foundation for your life. The whole puppy love, everything is just your Will, the Individual Consciousness, the Pratyagatma Chaitanya, trying to explore the permutation combination. Finally it settles in any one of the 11 gender category Paramashiva describes.

Three worst things are done to you by society.

First: trying to push you into 3 or 4 genders they are recognizing, like a... pushing you into either male or female or lesbian or gay. That’s one of the biggest crime done to you.

Second: not letting you understand, that they don’t have the ultimate solution, they are ignorant, but trying to push their half, unverified, not time tested, non fool proof understandings, ideas, concepts, cognitions, being pushed into you, forced to digest; because you eat their food, they are pushing you into eat their ideas also. That is the worst child abuse. Understand. Just because you are eating their food, they are pushing you to eat their ideas. No\! Paramashiva is very clear. That is why, first 21 years He liberates you from taking food from one person. He lets you be in Gurukul and tells \- Beg and eat; so your food is not dependent on one person and no one person can put their ideas into you and force you to digest their ideas. Whenever you are expected to be free from the conspiracies and half baked untruths of the society, whenever you need to be insulated from the stupid powerless cognitions and ideas from the society, Mahadeva declares \- “Aye, Go for begging and eating. Live in the forest and eat what nature gives. If you need little more, go for begging.” So no one has a right over you and no one will groom you, for their future plans.

Guru, even Guru of the Gurukul is not authorized to groom you for his future plan. That is why Drona is failure. Dronacharya is the failure because he has his future plan and groomed. That is why, Arjuna was in confusion. The whole confusion of the Arjuna was Drona’s conspiracy put inside Arjuna. Krishna has to detoxify Arjuna. Understand. Even Guru is not allowed to build, groom you, for his vested interest. He also has only one vested interest \- vested interest of Mahadeva, Paramashiva. That is not vested interest... that is INTEREST in you. Understand. Only for the interest of Paramashiva, even Guru can groom you.

Basic truths about life: your gender identification \- your Will, when it is trying, doing all the trial and error of the gender identification, it should be given freedom... freedom to be celibate. Understand. Society is so abusive... only if it hooks you into the greed of sexual need; I call it “grid of sex”... you can continue to be exploited.

Diabetes is grid of food. Sexual incompletion is grid of sex.

Once you are hooked to diabetes and hypertension, you are in the grid of food and health related grid forever. Forever you have to work to pay the Pharmaceutical Companies. You are a best client and customer for them now. Same way, once you have the wrong identification of the gender and you are hooked into the sexual greed grid \- over\! Even if you are impotent, you will be earning and paying them to cure you. If you are a womanizer, you will be earning and paying them to make you more sexually active. In either way, you will end up being their consumer, customer and patient for them.

The first 21 years till you find your identification ... and your beautiful alignment of the gender, which is the true integrity with which your physical, physiological, psychological existence has feel complete. In these 11 genders, one permutation combination gives you a complete completion \- “Wow”. The heaven experience in your body, your 6 feet body feels heaven... that experience to happen in you, you need to explore what is the gender you are really. Without letting other body to explore you, you to explore other body, just be celibate for little time, especially the 21 days of Paramashivoham, try to be completely celibate; because I’ll be supporting you very strongly, super consciously, to awaken to your reality and identify the right permutation combination among these 11 genders, which one you feel “aaahh, I know me.”

In which one you feel, “aahh, I know me”, to come to that experience, that is what I call the state of Ardhanarishvara, Paramashiva; the state of Ardhanarishvara. Subject for today’s webinar \- “Discovering Oneness In Relationships”. Understand. Discovering Oneness within you is powerful cognition manifestation; means, you apply the right powerful cognitions within you, you will discover Oneness within you. You apply the powerful cognitions in your life, you will discover Oneness in relationships. The whole married life in Hinduism is all about discovering Oneness in the relationships. Listen. More and more powerful cognitions were asked to be applied, to be manifested. More and more powerful cognitions were supposed to be breathed and lived. I tell you, more powerful cognitions \- more matured you will be with you. More powerful cognitions \- more matured you will be with others.

Fundamentally Oneness in relationships is nothing but more and more powerful cognition; means, the cognitions you carry about you, life, Cosmos, body, mind, pleasure, pain, right, wrong, sex, lust, greed, death, all these should become very high powerful cognitions. The more and more powerful cognitions, more and more you will discover Oneness within you. Understand. Oneness has nothing to do with so called “peace”. Sometimes you can get peace just by becoming life negative, not doing anything. Many depressed people are very peaceful; they look very peaceful, they are almost silent. Peace, so called “peace” is not the real powerful cognition. When you have the real powerful cognition, you experience peace no doubt. No doubt you experience peace. The kind of the peace you experience is called Paramashanta. When powerful cognitions become your core cognitions, your basic ingredient, it is the substance for you to exist, then you start discovering Oneness. You start discovering Oneness.

I tell you.... again and again and again I tell you, spend as much time as possible, with Nlighten App. Take up this Graduation in Living Enlightenment. It is a certification course. When you fill yourself with these kinds of powerful cognitions, I tell you, you will come to a realization \- just like you feel insecured the other person feels insecured, you feel greed other person feels greed, you feel attention need other person feels attention need. You will realize the Oneness between you and the other person. You will have such overflowing love and compassion when you realize your Oneness with the other person. You will just be ready to heal the other person’s insecurity, fear. You will have so much of your inner space. I tell you, your inner space will become so vast. You will be able to just hug that person. I am not saying...please listen. I am not saying all your conflicts will immediately be destroyed, you will come to an understanding. No\! First thing will happen, both of you know you reflect each other. Then, suddenly you will see that maturity both of you feel, experience \- conflicts will evaporate. Not that you sit and sort out one by one. No\! Conflicts will just evaporate.

Understand. Whenever you know, the other person is you and your reflection, you know how the other person is going to respond every moment and you know how you should be acting and reacting. I tell you, I tell you, knowing the other person is your reflection is Power. It’s not just a spiritual strength, it is a real power in the world. You just know, how the other person is going to behave\! You just know how to deal with him\! Because you know he is going to reflect you\! You just need to see which part of you he is going to reflect and you know how to handle that part and you handle that part in that person. Over\! How you handle your greed, same formula applies to handle his greed. How you handle your fear, same formula applies to handle his fear. How you handle your inspiration, same formula applies to handle his inspiration. How you handle your laziness, same formula applies to handle his laziness. How you handle your cunningness, the same formula applies to handle his cunningness. Whenever you know the other person is your reflection and use this Oneness to heal the other person out of tremendous compassion \- you are called Devata, God. Whenever you know the other person is your reflection and use that with vengeance to exploit and destroy the other person \- you are called Demon. Demon or Devata is based on the choice you take to handle the other person when you know the other person is your reflection and you are One with the other person.

Understand. ‘You are One with the other person’ is knowledge of Veda. After the knowledge, the reaction you give decides whether you are a Devata or Asura. But both Sura and Asura, Devata and Asura, both of them have the knowledge of Veda. They both know the truth \- “other person is your reflection”. It’s your choice to be Sura or Asura. When you know the other person is your reflection, you are in Oneness with the other person, you just need to decide to handle everything out of compassion, tremendous compassion, love. Decision to heal \- makes you God. Understand. Knowing the other person is your reflection makes you intelligent. Deciding to use compassion as the strategy to bring completion makes you God. Listen to this truth. Knowing the other person is your reflection makes you intelligent. Deciding to use compassion to heal the other person makes you God. It’s life\! Whoever decides for life, compassion as the strategy for their existence lives like a God in the Cosmos.

Understand. Last six months, intensely My body is vibrating with the Cosmic Constitution. Even I was wondering, “Why all these great knowledge is getting downloaded through this body?” The Cosmic Constitution, the constitution of the Cosmos, how the Cosmos is supposed to function, the software of the Cosmos \- Vedagamas, is vibrantly getting revealed in this body by Paramashiva. Now I realized, He is reviving Kailasa, He is really up to something, He is really up to something great\! That’s all I can say. He is really up to something great, because He is revealing the Cosmic Constitution \- Vedagamas and He is revealing the whole vision, with which He manifested humanity, the vision with which He manifested all life.

Understand... life on the Planet Earth is too strong, at least 10 times we had real catastrophes where life should have been completely wiped off on the Earth, but again we survive...some DNA gets into a rock, gets thrown into the space, after a million year again comes back to Planet Earth in some form and again starts\! I tell you... how this whole cycle happens is unimaginable, but one thing I can tell you, life on the Planet is too powerful and strong and Paramashiva is revealing very purpose; He is revealing very purpose in the form of Cosmic Constitution. I am just seeing how He is manifesting every step; not just Vimana Shastra or connecting with Gandharvas, Yaksha, Rakshasa, Bhu Loka, Patala, Swar Loka, all those Beings, not just that alone. I could see how the life is present in the centre of the Cosmos and how the Oneness is the fundamental principle of this Cosmic Constitution; that’s a spine.

If you just bring the Oneness to your intellectual understanding and your inner cognition, apply that in every aspect of your life \- relationships, health, even if you have a simple headache, apply Oneness as the first solution. You may ask, “How to apply Oneness on headache?” I’ll give you very simple understanding. Just see where the pain is and see, “Me \- Oneness with me cannot be uncomfortable within me. If something is uncomfortable within me, then that me is not in Oneness with me. Let me see where me is not in Oneness with me.” Just start searching for that, you will see ‘me becomes One with me’ and headache disappears. If there is a headache, “Me is not in Oneness with me. Let me see, which part of me is not in Oneness with me.” Just start searching, I tell you, simply headache will disappear.

And I...please listen, I am not giving you false ideas. Just take little sacred ash, tell Paramashiva, “Oh Mahadeva, Paramashiva, I know Oneness is a energy which can be mixed with any object and that object will manifest and radiate that electromagnetic energy of Oneness. So let this sacred ash mix...be mixed with that electromagnetic energy of your Oneness. Let your Oneness be invoked in this sacred ash” \- and apply that on your forehead with the Mahavakya \- ‘Nithyananda Paramashivoham’. It is equivalent to applying Oneness on your forehead and you will see headache disappears.

I am not giving you some method, like a placebo, fluke \- No\! Understand. What I am talking is far beyond placebo \- it is Oneness effect \- not placebo effect. The electromagnetic force, maybe I can use a new word ‘Cosmo magnetic force’ of Oneness can be infused into any object. You can infuse that within you and without you – both; within you and without you both.

When I lived My Pravrajaka life means, body was moving around without Will, devoid of Will. Just with the flow of Paramashiva, Prakriti and Purusha, Paramashiva and Parashakti, the sacred ash is the only medicine \- that is the mosquito repellent, that is the blanket; that is everything. Cold \- apply sacred ash. Mosquitoes \- apply sacred ash. Animals are in the forest and they may attack you \- apply sacred ash. For anything applying sacred ash was solution. I’ll take the sacred ash, invoke the powerful Oneness cognition into it, the Cosmo electromagnetic energy of Oneness, infuse that into that sacred ash and apply all over the body, that’s it.

Understand. I am not talking superstitious things, I am talking super conscious things. Try it, you will understand. If I give you a method and ask you to give money for it, you can doubt maybe it is superstitious. I am not asking you money. You get your sacred ash, infuse your Oneness energy into it, invoke Paramashiva and request Him to manifest His Oneness into that and try\! I tell you, you will understand what I am saying is super conscious thing, not superstitious thing.

Oneness is more strongly present, evident in the life and in the Universe than anything you can imagine, than anything you can imagine. I am not talking superstitious \- I am talking super conscious. Understand. I will not lie to you, because I love you and I respect you. I don’t even think, “You are a fool, who can be cheated by lying.” No\! That’s the biggest disrespect to human beings. I am very clear, I am here to love you, respect you and for long term relationship. I am not interested in short term relationship. I am here to have a long term relationship with you. So I am responsible for every word I am uttering. Try, what I am saying, then you will understand, I am honest and I am telling you the truth as revealed to Me by Paramashiva. Maybe in 2-3 times, you will realize \- “Swamiji is right\!” Simple sacred ash can hold the power of Cosmo electric magnetic….electromagnetic energy of Oneness. It’s everywhere, all around the life in the Universe. Just you need to invoke it.

If you are connected to any one of our temple….all our temple deities are infused with that intense Oneness energy; especially Nataraja in Seattle and Anandeshwara in Ohio. Even while carving, I infused Oneness into it. It was done physically Me working on it. Understand. So ashes applied on that deity, will radiate that Cosmo electromagnetic energy of Oneness. When I opened the three eyes of that Ohio Paramashiva’s deity, I just saw all His three eyes opened and He was smiling at Me. Same way, when I made the wax model, wax mould of Nataraja in Seattle, I could see it was not wax, it was just Oneness; lump of Oneness. Understand.

All our temple deities are radiating this Cosmo electromagnetic energy of Oneness. Any sacred ash applied on it, even if you are not connected to temple, just keep it in front of you and ask Paramashiva, Paramashiva can manifest His electromagnetic...Cosmo electromagnetic energy anywhere and infuse that into the sacred ash\! I tell you, whether it is simple headache or the biggest complications of your life, bring Oneness into application \- in relationships. Not just relationship with human beings... even the chair you sit, you have a relationship with it. Every item you use, you have a relationship with it.

And I wanted to tell you, I am successful in downloading 3 pages of the Cosmic Archives, Akashic Readings directly into My computer, without any logical, rational, answer how it happened. When you build relationship, everything with which you live, they all become so happy with you, they start favouring you. They start becoming part of you. I have an iPad which does My face recognition. He will open only when I smile. Till I smile, he will wait. He will not open till I smile. I can see, machines and matter is no more matter; once you start relating in Oneness with them, they all become living organism of your life. So much of integrity happens with your life. See, in Hindu tradition, there is something called ‘Swayam Baagam’. That word is so powerful; you collect all the cooking material... in the space of Oneness you start preparing and cooking. By the time you finish cooking, the food already is experiencing Oneness with you \- you experience Oneness with it. So when you consume it, very less quantity fills your body and it does not disturb your Oneness, you just fill yourself with ecstasy and always you radiate health. Swayam Baagam is one of the best way to be healthy.

Subject for today’s webinar: “Experience the highest Chastity \- method to have fulfilling relationships.” Listen. Chastity is nothing to do with body. It is something to do with your core cognition. To whoever you declare your chastity, nobody else should be able to enter into the core cognition of you. That is chastity. Understand. Chastity is always absolute or obsolete. There is no 99.9999% chastity. No\! In your core cognition, in your being, if you declare chastity to Paramashiva, your Guru or anyone in your life, that space no one else can enter or shake, alter, dilute \- that is chastity. Understand. It has nothing to do with ordinary body. In any relationship \- son, daughter, father, mother, spouse, in any relationship \- what you declare to them and to you \- it should be same. Be very clear, it has to be same. What you declare to them and to you, if your core cognition stands with that... that is chastity.

I tell you, I commit with all My disciples, I’ll be continuously available to you. Whatever decisions I take, end of the day, it is just for that \- making Myself available as much as possible, in every possible way to enrich My disciples and follower’s life. Listen carefully. Life is like climbing the Mount Kailash. More and more and more and more and more you climb, more successful you will be going near Paramashiva, Mahadeva. One slip does not mean you have to have a free fall and be destroyed. No\! Even if you slip, hold on to something. Get back. Constantly moving to the higher and higher and higher to manifest Paramashiva, to reach Paramashivatva, to experience Paramashiva, to reach Paramashiva, to reach the ultimate goal of life \- Enlightenment. Understand, even if you slip, it’s not that you lost your chastity. But if you decide not to align back you lost your chastity. As long as you are clear you have to align back and march, you are chaste. In any relationship, this is the same principle. There is nothing separate. Chastity to Paramashiva and chastity to your spouse- it’s one and the same. Chastity to your daughter, chastity to your son, chastity to your father, chastity to your mother, chastity to your Guru, chastity to God \- all one and the same. It is simple declared, to them and to you.

Then comes the next question \- “Sometimes my chastity declarations to multiple people criss-crosses and creates conflicts. What should I do?” Be very clear. I am telling you the Cosmic opinion, Cosmic legal opinion, Cosmic truth. If you don’t have conflict, there cannot be conflict externally. There cannot be\! Many time people come and tell, “Oh, Swamiji I want to come to your program. I want to be very highly integrated to you. My wife is not allowing, my husband is not allowing…..” Actually, I don’t tell them anything directly because they will feel hurt. They are waiting to get hurt. They will feel hurt. These fools use Me to blackmail the husband or wife and use husband or wife to blackmail Me; that’s all. To Me they say, “Oh, they are pressuring but I am coming. See how dedicated I am. Give me special, special attention.” To them, they’ll say, “If you don’t take care of me, I am going to Swamiji. Take care of me.”

I tell you, the whole conflict between your chastity is nothing but conflict within you \- about what you want in your life. When you are not sure about your steps, you don’t have confidence about what you need to do, you use the cheap, silly emotions, to justify and generate conflict between your interest and call that as conflict in your chastity. No\! Conflict in chastity is called prostitution. There cannot be conflict in chastity. If you say there is conflict, it is prostitution. Your declared relationships kept straight forward, powerful, will never have conflict between each other. Your wife and husband, if they know you have become so chaste after going to Swamiji, never they will deny you going to Swamiji. If you don’t show the real results of powerful cognitions in your life, then they think what is the use of you going, all the time doing this program and that program, applying this aushadha, that aushadha, having jata and full makeup, asana bhusana, all that \- what is the use?\!

Understand the truth. Dakshinamurthy is from the face...from the MahaSadāshiva’s, Paramashiva’s face of Aghora, destruction, rejuvenation; from that face Dakshinamurthy comes out. Meaning, all the great truths are ferocious. It’ll just purify you. It’ll just burn all your non-chastity, cheating silly patterns and conversations with your life. It looks very paradoxical. Embodiment of peace – Dakshinamurthy \- silence comes out of the face of Paramashiva’s Aghora, which is supposed to be perceived intense violence, ferociousness. Teacher is the ultimate rejuvenator. Guru is the ultimate rejuvenator. He removes everything you know as you and He manifests everything is real you. The real you swallowing everything you know as you is Chastity. Allow the chastity to Paramashiva manifest in you. Let real you eat and swallow whatever you know as you. I am not singing poetry. I am not singing poetry. Actually, I am a ferocious poetry. I am a volcanic poet. My poetries are like volcano explosion. It purifies your whole being.

There cannot be conflict between the chastity and the current’s flows of chastity. If there is a conflict something is seriously wrong with your cognition about the chastity. Any chaste declaration, nothing else can come into that cognition.

If you declare your chastity to your husband, to your wife \- that romantic chastity,

If you declare your chastity to your Guru \- the spiritual chastity,

If you declare your chastity to the God \- ultimate chastity

No chastity declaration will criss-cross or create conflict and it should not be allowed to create conflict. It’ll neither create, it should not be allowed to be created. If you feel there is a conflict, then seriously wrong, something is very seriously wrong. In this cognition, we cannot allow the other one to enter. I tell you, people who say, “uhhh, my husband does not allow me. My wife does not allow me.” Be very clear, you are using Me to blackmail them and them to blackmail Me, is the truth. Wake up to the reality\! Wake up when Dakshinamurthy teaches, don’t wait for Kalabhairava to come and wake you up. And you need to know, both came out of the same face \- Aghora. Maybe Paramashiva always tries to show Dakshinamurthy of His Aghora face and if you don’t listen then only He has to allow Kalabhairava to manifest.

Chastity will never create conflicts. It’ll bring tremendous fulfilment. If there is a conflict outside, look in \- something need to be attended inside, something need to be worked out inside. Very recently, somebody who had initiation, send Me the message about one of the very logically looking real conflict, very logically looking real conflict. I said, “Your conflict is crap and please enrol yourself into the Nithyananda Hindu University’s Graduation in Living Enlightenment course and start doing the course.” “What Swamiji, will this course solve my problems?” I said, “Just do it.” It took only 78 hours. I received the message, “Yes Swamiji, the problem got solved.” Something which looks like “real problem” means you really need a strong understanding. Don’t allow this “looks like real problems”. Demand from yourself by yourself to behave as Paramashiva. Declare to yourself that you are Paramashiva and behave with yourself as Paramashiva.

I tell you, chastity has nothing to do with you being celibate or Brahmachari or Sannyasi or one relationship or multiple relationship or womanizer or whatever, whatever. It has nothing to do with any of that. I am not saying, become womanizer. No\! I am not saying which is right which is wrong, and all that I am not involved. I am not interested. All I am trying to tell you is, chastity has nothing to do with external action, it is all something to do with internal conflicts. Work on that. Fundamentally, in the Being, be straight that’s all. Be straight in the Being. Be integrated in the Being \- over\! Body will simply follow you. Life will simply follow you.

Recently in one of the satsang, I was telling that...to one of My devotee, My Aadheenavasi, I advised that, “Don’t respond to the male agitation.” I tell you, whenever your head is heavy, do not respond to your violence or sex. Whenever your head is heavy, neither involve with romance nor involve with anger nor any explosive decision makings. No\! Tantra very clearly says, Paramashiva very clearly says, Men do have their menstrual cycle. If you note down whenever you have a heavy head pushing you to be agitated, note down the date, time and feeling. For 3 months you will see exact 3 days; you will discover your menstrual cycle. It’s for men\! So whenever the same 3 days and the same thing comes stop making any decision. Paramashiva very clearly says, “Male body do go through the menstrual cycle.” That 3 days you should not have anger, violent, sexual, greed, fear, actions, reactions, decisions. Just give yourself 3 day vacation and enjoy your life 3 day vacation.

That 3 days fast as much as possible, do purascharana. Purascharana means chanting the Mahavakya along with the sunrise to sunset and moonrise to moon set. During the sunrise sit with sun and chant the Mahavakya, Sunset chant the Mahavakya, Moonrise chant the Mahavakya, Moon setting chant the Mahavakya. That’s called Purascharanam \- Chanting along with the Sun’s ups and downs and Moon’s ups and downs. Sun rising is a wrong word \- Surya Udaya, means sun appearing. In Hindu tradition, we don’t say Sun rises, because there is no horizon. That’s why we use the word \- surya udaya. Surya appears not rises. Surya astamana \- surya withdraws, means surya is not seen that’s all. Udaya and astamana means appearance and disappearance, not raising or setting. That’s the wrong translation.

Listen carefully. Chastity has nothing to do with external action. It has something to do with your declaration of the integrity. Declare today, “You are Paramashiva,” and be chaste to that identity. Demand with yourself to behave like Paramashiva \- bold, powerful, courageous. Go on progressing all…..Understand. Let your insecurity be renounced and not allow the insecurity to renounce you something. Don’t allow your insecurity to renounce something\! But let your actions renounce insecurity and make insecurity redundant. That is what is being Paramashiva. Understand. This is one of the fundamental quality of Paramashiva. Renounce the actions and reactions which strengthens insecurity.

We always live as Tyaga Raja \- unprotected, completely unprotected and no insecurity. I am not saying live in insecurity. No\! Destroy the actions and reactions of insecurity. Renounce insecurity. Live as pure Paramashiva. I tell you, that is what I call chastity to Paramashiva, Chastity to Paramashiva. Demand yourself to be Paramashiva by yourself. Behave with yourself as Paramashiva. Behave with yourself as Paramashiva. These powerful cognitions you built, is the real asset for life. This is the real asset for your life.

I’ll initiate all of you today. Be chaste to Paramashiva. Behave with yourself as Paramashiva. Sit straight. Close your eyes. Hum the Mahavakya intensely. Let Paramashiva manifest in all of us. Let Paramashiva manifest in all of us. Understand. Let the great understanding, the cognition, powerful cognition \- “You are Paramashiva, we are Paramashiva” manifest in all of us. Let the Paramashiva’s Being, Super Consciousness manifest in all of us and bring tremendous understanding and powerful cognition. Paramashivoham. Nithyananda Paramashivoham.

(02:47) Yes, with this offering to Paramashiva I wanted to offer our devotion to Paramashiva and enter into today's webinar. Today auspicious day, Mahaparinirvana day, we offer the shraadha, last rites and pinda darpana to all the initiated disciples of Nithyananda sampradaya who left the body, all of them who are in the Kailasa in salokya mukti with Paramashiva. Offering our devotion and respects and shraadha, pinda darpana, food to all of them today. Today, very fortunate coincidence, Arunachaleshwara temple, today is celebrated as devotees day, the sixth day of the Brahmotsavam is dedicated to all the Nayanmars and today Mahaparinirvana day also coincided, wonderful. So, all the people who are initiated and left the body, today is Mahaparinirvana day and we celebrate by giving Maheshwara puja to all the sanyasis. I myself will be sitting and accepting all the Maheshwara puja and giving shraadha pinda darpana, pitru darpana to all the devotees, initiated disciples who left the body. Today is the day my father left the body and had the Kailaya padavi, Shiva padavi.

(04:49) Today's subject for the webinar \- Puja for extraordinary powers. Listen. Last few days I was studying and downloading some of the information’s about DNA. How we evolved? Listen carefully. Darwin is not wrong, but not complete. Our body, system, has evolved, but our consciousness has come down. That's the truth. So, you can’t say we have just evolved. We have incarnated also. We are evolved incarnation. That's the right word. Our superconsciousness descended from divine. Body evolved, our biology, physical body evolved through mutations, superconsciousness descended as an incarnation. I was studying one of the major reason scientists are saying \- for the breakthrough human body experienced from our ancestor’s animals, when human beings started eating rice and milk. That is when the brain started absorbing starch and growing bigger. That was one of the major big breakthrough reason they are giving why human beings have become supreme, primate supremate beings of the planet, why our race has conquered the whole planet. The brain started absorbing the starch from rice and milk. Understand, how brain absorbing starch from rice and milk is responsible for the DNA breakthrough, I tell you, it is puja which will be responsible for your conscious breakthrough. It is during the puja, you absorb Oneness into your system, super-consciousness which is reflecting in you becomes stronger, gets absorbed, gets enriched with Paramashiva's energy, Paramashiva's powers during the time of puja.

(08:13) Listen, I will repeat once more. Your body which evolved, your consciousness which descended. Your consciousness descended from Paramashiva, your body evolved from animals. During the time of the puja your body imbibes the state, space, powers and being of Paramashiva and starts manifesting. If you want superconscious breakthrough start doing puja every day. I tell you, during the puja Paramashiva Himself manifests in your system and gives not just DNA breakthrough, bio-memory breakthrough where He becomes your bio-memory, muscle memory. He becomes your very core being. I was shocked when I was reading some of the research reports, science reveals about DNA. The agriculture lifestyle, eating rice and drinking milk has given such a huge breakthrough for the human DNA, brain started growing bigger and multiple benefits have started happening. That was one of the main reason why human beings have become supremate beings, why our species have conquered the planet. I tell you, if you start doing puja every day, your internal organs, intra-organs and physical body absorbs the DNA of Paramashiva, bio-memory of Paramashiva. Bio-energy of Paramashiva fills you and manifests in bio-memory of you, bio-energy of Paramashiva manifests in your bio-energy, bio-memory of Paramashiva manifests in your bio-memory, muscle memory of Paramashiva manifests in your muscle memory. You will manifest the state, space, powers and being of Paramashiva. I can give you one million reasons, one billion evidences, all the great achievements of Hindus, all the great contributions of Hindus to the world is from puja. It is puja which is the core component of Hinduism. Understand, temple is not just organization for us. It is God's home. Deity is God's body. We don't do idol worship, we do deity worship. We don't worship idols, we worship God through idols. Somebody asked me 'why do we pour milk on the Shiva Linga?' I said 'No, we pour on Paramashiva. It falls on Shiva Linga'. We pour on Paramashiva, it falls on Shiva Linga. We worship God through deity. Understand, puja makes you manifest extraordinary powers. It fills your bio-memory with Paramashiva’s bio-memory. Let’s enter into today’s satsang. Thought is nothing but your inability to cope up with reality; the definition of a thought as per Paramashiva \- ‘ability to cope up with the reality’. Whenever you are complete with reality, you just function without something called thought. If you know you are ‘thinking’, there will be a incompletion and itching, irritation. If you are acting out of completion, there will not be any thoughts; there will be signals, there will be instructions, there will be orders from your Consciousness to you, but there will not be thoughts.

Understand. Signals coming from your Consciousness; instructions, orders, commands coming from your Consciousness to function, to be alive, to be active, to do something is not to be confused with the irritating, itching, confusing, incomplete, internal incompletion thoughts or thoughts currents. Listen. Thoughts are not needed for the Consciousness to own, possess your intra organ, internal organ and your body and move your life. You need to know, you confuse between your thoughts and the instructions of your Super Consciousness to your Consciousness, your Consciousness to your intra organs, from your intra organs to your internal organs, from internal organs to your body; don’t confuse that and this.

Listen carefully. Paramashiva moves this whole Universe without thoughts, being in the state of Paramashanta Svarupa. That shows thoughts are not needed to run your existence as Paramashiva manifested it. Thoughts are \- your feeling something is missing, inadequate, not enough, incomplete. That insecurity, suffocation, incompletion \- that generates something cranky, worms going in your brain.... parasites running in your intestine. That crankiness, the thoughts and thought currents generated by that crankiness is not needed to run your life. This is the most powerful important cognition you need to cognize.

Understand. Hinduism fundamentally does not believe in ‘Belief system’ or ‘Faith system’. It very clearly explains the methodology of powerful cognition based functioning system. I am not going to tell you, “Believe, you don’t need thoughts to run your life\!” No\! I am going to say Shravana \- listen, Manana \- intranalyze, Nididhyasana \- start living this powerful cognition.

So the powerful cognition I am giving you now \- Paramashiva running the whole Universe, much, much, much more than what we are running in our life. He is running it from the space of Paramashanta Svarupa, without any thought currents... out of Pure Intelligence. When He can run \- you can run. Decide, you will be in the space and state of Paramashiva \- Paramashanta Svarupa and live your life \- you will see thoughts and thought currents become redundant. They just fall off from you, like a old skin getting peeled off and falling, the old hair falling, old nail falling. Just like old things fall off from you, the ideology – ‘you need thoughts and thought currents to run your life’, will fall off from you. Meditate on this powerful cognition, intra-analyze it, internalize it, manifest it.

Do Shravana, Manana, Nididhyasana of Paramashanta Svarupa. Paramashiva who is so big, He does not need thoughts even to run this whole Universe. Even to run this whole Universe, He does not need thoughts, why do you need thoughts to run your life? Too small\! Decide to be in His space, by listening, internalizing, intra-analyzing and manifesting this powerful cognition in your inner space. Live and experience thoughtless space. There is a space below your heart center \- above the navel center \- Ananda Gandha Chakra \- where all the 21 chakras, above 7, middle 7, below 7, all the 21 chakras merge in. In that Ananda Gandha space, remember you are Paramashiva \- what you feel as Paramashiva... what you feel as “I” and Paramashiva is one and the same. With that decision to cognize Paramashivoham, Paramashanta Svarupa, Paramashivoham, He will manifest more and more and make you cognize \- you don’t need thoughts and thought currents to run your life. Without thoughts and thought currents just by directly manifesting His intuition and Paramashanta Svarupa, you become more and more efficient, more and more energetic, more and more alive, more and more spiritual, more and more strong, more and more enlightened.

Your breathing and His breathing is one and the same. Please understand. This is the real good news He want to tell you. If you are breathing, He is breathing inside you. Your breathing touches His breathing and comes back. Every time when your inhaling goes in and turns to come out, it touches His breathing and then comes out. So where your inhaling breath takes a turn as exhaling breath, that is where He is residing, He is available to you. His breathing and your breathing connects, only then takes a turn. That space is Paramashanta Svarupa.

Third day of Paramashiva Brahmotsavam, celebrating the Cosmic happening of Paramashiva. Let’s first offer our worship, reverence to Paramashiva and then continue the satsang.

With this offering to Paramashiva, let’s enter into today’s satsang. Today’s webinar is \- “Erasing malefic effects of Planets through superpowers”. Listen. The moment I utter the word ‘Planets’ I remember how my Guru, Paramashiva taught and made me realize about the Grahas in Pratyaksha Pramana. My Guru Arunagiri Yogishwara, how He taught Me this whole science as Pratyaksha Pramana. Still now, I don’t think I have spoken about it in public; first time I am going to talk.

Understand. One day, I was sitting at the feet of Arunagiri Yogishwara and He was talking about so many things and suddenly the conversation turned into Grahas. He spoke about Navagrahas. I was looking at Him so deeply; literally everything He was revealing was getting into My system, so deep like... if He utters one word, like a condensed one beta byte material, information will be transformed into My system...transferred into My system. Listen. The number of words spoken, the quantity and quality of the knowledge transmitted was not matching. That is why I am saying Paramashiva teaches in silence. Listen carefully. When we say Dakshinamurti teaches in silence it is not that He never utters a word, but the number of words uttered and the quantity and quality of the knowledge, information transmitted... the wisdom transmitted... does not logically connect or equate; rationally inexplicable. Just by a word, He will transmit almost one beta byte information. Every word He was uttering, beta bytes beta bytes of information, was getting transmitted into My system. The system was getting loaded.

Understand. This is unique knowledge transmission method of Sanatana Hindu Dharma. You cannot use the word ‘education’ for this. No\! That is why we cannot say, Nithyananda Hindu University is reviving Hindu education system. No\! It is reviving Hindu knowledge transmission system. Hindu knowledge transmission is totally different from anything known to the world by the name ‘education’, by the word ‘education’. Whatever you know by the word ‘education’, does not equate... the Hindu knowledge transmission process. Nithyananda University revives the Hindu knowledge transmission process.

What was happening between Arunagiri Yogishwara and Me, what Paramashiva shared with Me, that very methodology I am adopting and transmitting. That is why, even though you spend only half hour listening to the satsang, whole day you are in that same mood; because time spent is only half an hour, but the amount of information, quantity and quality of the knowledge transmitted, is disproportionate. It is not proportionate. Understand. It was like intense Cosmic downloading happening from Him to My system; like from His body to My body.

Suddenly, maybe the reasons known only to Him, He decided to teach the whole science of Navagrahas, showing directly the Grahas to Me. And He just did something like this... I do not know, whether He took Me to the space of Kailasa or He brought the grahas to Arunachala, where I was sitting with Him; I was sitting with Him in the temple, in Arunachaleswara temple. Whether He brought them here or He took Me there, I do not know... but suddenly, I saw like a chess coins all the Navagrahas alive, living, moving\! And I immediately bowed down to them. The moment I realized they are alive, I immediately bowed down to them. Because I bowed down, I remember very clearly, that they were alive, not stone replica or a small toy. No\! They were alive, breathing, smiling, fully conscious; immediately I bowed down to them.

Few months before, I went to Tiruchendur and did the Navagraha Puja. When I was invoking all the Navagrahas and bowing down, I saw that same Darshan repeating and all the Grahas were alive. ☺ They were all blessing.

Then He started talking about every graha and explaining, who holds what energy and who does what responsibility and the whole science He transmitted into Me, the whole knowledge of Joutisha. As I said, the words He uttered and the quantity and quality of the information transmitted, was unimaginable. He also taught Me an important sacred secret \- If you can bring a powerful cognition in you and do dharana, dhyana, samadhi, on that powerful cognition and be humble to the Grahas, understand, humbleness pleases the Grahas. Be humble to the crows, Shani will be bless…..Shani will be blessing you. Humbleness pleases the Grahas. Whenever you are humble, be very clear, Graha Doshas are getting solved. Somebody asked Me, “Why were you bowing down so much for the priests who came from Tiruvannamalai?” I said, “They are representatives of Paramashiva. They touch Mahadeva’s physical form every day. Muppoodum thirumeni teenduvar. They may-may not know whom they are touching, I know whom they are touching.” Be humble to Brahmanas, Shukracharya and Brihaspati will be completely pleased by you, pleased with you. Humbleness makes the Grahas happy with you; just this 2 instruction.

Of course, Arunagiri Yogishwara taught so much. I’ll reveal some of the Uttomattama, best instructions. First thing He said, “Manifest powerful cognitions and intensely do dharana, dhyana, samadhi on it.” When I say ‘powerful cognitions’ like –

I am Consciousness \- is powerful cognition.

I am body \- is powerless cognition.

I am body also \- is powerful cognition.

Understand. I am giving you the examples. I am body \- is powerless cognition. I am body also \- is powerful cognition. I am Consciousness \- is powerful cognition. Collection of the bunch of powerful cognitions is Sankhya Yoga. Kapila compiled all the powerful cognitions together and presented to the world as the Sankhya philosophy, Sankhya Shastra, Sankhya Darshana.

Listen. If you start manifesting powerful cognitions with intense dharana, dhyana, samadhi….for example: I’ll give you one powerful cognition. You are Paramashiva. Whatever you feel as ‘I’ is Paramashiva. Understand. What you manifest as ‘I’ may not be Paramashiva. You may manifest the idea your body is ‘I’, but your feeling what you feel as ‘I’ \- is Paramashiva. Listen carefully. You may tell the whole world \- you are this, this, this, this...you are...I am this, I am this person, I am a lawyer, I am a engineer, I am a doctor - that maybe powerless cognition. That may-may not be Paramashiva but what you really feel as you \- is Paramashiva. You need to understand that. I am not interested in lying.

With all My integrity to Arunagiri Yogishwara and Paramashiva, who is Paramashiva of course. With all My Integrity to Arunagiri Yogishwara, I just surrendered and told them, “Let the words...every word I utter be as you revealed.” Listen. With My complete Integrity to Arunagiri Yogishwara who is Paramashiva Himself, I am revealing as He revealed to me. Whatever you talk, you show, you explain, you manifest, may-may not be Paramashiva, but whatever you feel as ‘I’ is Paramashiva. Understand. He has taken Me straight to the Source of the Universe and revealed those very truths, I am letting Him reveal through this body to all of you.

Listen carefully, precisely.

If you decide you are Paramashiva... Inhale and exhale with that powerful cognition \- ‘you are Paramashiva’, that is Pranayama.

Let your whole inner space be withdrawn into this one cognition \- ‘you are Paramashiva’, that is Pratyahara.

Let your whole inner space flow with this one truth, powerful cognition – ‘you are Paramashiva’, that is dharana.

Let your whole inner space be centred, feel full, that ‘you are Paramashiva’, that is dhyana.

Let your whole inner space be absorbed and disappear, dissolve, into the powerful cognition – ‘you are Paramashiva’, that is samadhi.

Whenever you do samyama, understand, pratyahara, dharana, dhyana, Samadhi \- these four put together is called Samyama. Some commentators say, “Dharana, dhyana, samadhi, these three put together is samyama” \- like Swami Vivekananda. But some of the traditional commentators say, “Pratyahara, dharana, dhyana, samadhi, all the four put together is Samyama.” Whatever it is, let Me reveal as Paramashiva revealed it to Me, to you all. Let Him reveal as He revealed it to Me. As per Paramashiva \- pratyahara, dharana, dhyana, samadhi \- all four put together is called Samyama. Whenever you do a samyama on powerful cognition and powerful cognition manifests, you manifest the state, space, powers and Being of Paramashiva.

Whenever you manifest any powerful cognitions revealed by Paramashiva, compiled by Kapila and be humble to the Grahas, Grahas support you, protect you, liberate you, from any malefic, evil, negative effects. Listen carefully. I am revealing the whole science. There are multiple powerful cognitions. Whenever you do samyama on any of the powerful cognition and manifest that powerful cognition as powers and be humble to the grahas; means, being humble to the grahas is what I call doing graha puja, navagraha dosha shanti nivarana pujas. Understand. That is the way you convey to them you are humble. Just because you are manifesting powers, powerful cognitions, you are not arrogant... you are humble. Understand. Be humble to Brahmanas, be humble to animals, be humble to grahas. Humbleness makes the grahas decide not to humiliate you. If you are humble, they will never humiliate you.

I am so happy, Paramashiva is just manifesting precisely and revealing, putting everything in the words, in a precise way all of you can understand. I feel job satisfaction. ☺

Listen. Many times people ask Me, “Swamiji, if you do samyama, if we do samyama, what we manifest will be siddhis. Patanjali also says, “Vibhuti Pada”, He gives multiple powerful cognitions and ask us to do samyama and then these siddhis, powers, will manifest and what’s the difference between those Siddhis and what Swamiji teaches as Shakti? What’s the difference?” Please understand. The system Paramashiva is sharing with you all through this Body through Me, is starting with the fundamental cognition that you are Paramashiva, Ultimate. Normally when you practice the Patanjali system, your unmanifest decides you are a man and you have to move towards God. So that is the fundamental cognition with which you develop powerful cognitions, you do pratyahara, dharana, dhyana, samadhi, samyama and manifest powers. Here, the system Paramashiva is revealing through Me, the whole foundation is different\! Here the foundation is \- You are Paramashiva. Understand. Your unmanifest recognizes that you are Paramashiva... even if you have not yet manifested it. There is a complete shift in the whole foundation from which... from where you are beginning. The beginning, starting point is not you are a man you need to reach divine. No\! You are a divine, you need to manifest divine. Understand. That is why, what Paramashiva is revealing through this body and through this system, through this methodology, any samyama you do on powerful cognitions, you manifest only Shaktis, powers, not Siddhis\!

I’ll give you experiential understanding, Pratyaksha Pramana. Understand. If you are feeling, that your unmanifest is in love with Me, centred on Me, be very clear your Avyakta, unmanifest, has already accepted the foundation point that you are Paramashiva, Paramashivoham. Unless your Avyakta, unmanifest component of you, decides to accept this Truth \- Paramashivoham \- you are Paramashiva, it will not fall in love with Me. Please be informed. Every day before morning puja, “whatever people may tell about you, whatever Swamiji, right or wrong, but I am in love with you” \- be very clear, you are centred on the truth \- Nithyananda Paramashivoham and the powerful cognition you manifest will be only Shaktis, powers, not Siddhis.

There are two cognitions. Listen to it very clearly. “Whatever people may say, whatever I hear, right or wrong, but I am in love with you. I know you are Paramashiva and I love you.” It means your unmanifest is centred on the cognition – “I represent Paramashivoham”. If you say, “I know you are Paramashiva, I love you also, but….” Then forget about it. Even if you manifest powers, it is only Siddhis. See, there is two thing \- “I love you, but….” \- Siddhis. Even if you manifest, it is siddhis, miracles... not power. “Whatever I hear, right or wrong, good or bad, but I know you are Paramashiva and I love you.” If the ‘but’ comes before the sentence or the ‘but’ comes after the sentence, decides whether you are manifesting siddhis or shaktis. That’s it. “Whatever it is, but I love you” – “I love you, but...” there is a big difference.

Understand. Fundamentally, your avyakta, unmanifest, is programmed to fall in love with the highest goal of your existence. If your unmanifest, is in love with Me beyond your logical understanding rationality \- you are manifesting powers, shakti. There is no doubt. If not, even if you manifest powers, it is only siddhi. Maybe for some time, till you have your ability to practice, it will continue. But good... siddhi also not wrong, okay\! Good beginning; but Shakti will be permanent, eternal, because you are grounded on Paramashiva. Understand. Every powerful cognition grounded on Guru Bhakti manifests as powers \- Shakti. Otherwise, surely it manifest siddhis. It is not that it is useless, but it will manifest siddhis. Here, let Me talk about the shaktis.

Paramashiva reveals beautifully. Listen very carefully. Every Graha is embodiment of certain powerful cognitions. If you decide to do samyama on those powerful cognitions and be humble to those grahas, all those malefic effects will be cleared. You will be blessed and showered. Navagraha Dosha Nivarana Puja or Navagraha Shanti Homa or Navagraha Pujas, are all just to make you understand those powerful cognitions and make you practice humbleness; that’s all.

Listen carefully. I’ll reveal more and more whatever Mahadeva has revealed, Paramashiva has revealed to Me. Now let Me come back to this story. He showed all the Grahas and taught Me the whole thing. Then after everything was done, He just moved the hand, I don’t know whether He brought Me back to this Planet Earth or He sent the Grahas back to their place \- everything was normal\! And it was too much, I tell you \- I was in awe\! Anyhow, the whole knowledge transmission was done. Then I asked him, “Swamiji, did you take Me there and showed the Planets or did you bring the Planets and showed Me here.” He laughed and said, “Eh\! I brought them here \- see.” I saw 9 stones on the floor. He was laughing. He was trying to tell Me that, “Eh, through these stones only I taught you, I brought them here\!” I said, “Then, what was happening there? If the Grahas are not there, what would have happened to the world, Planet Earth?\! If somebody looks up...if the Sun is not there, what will happen?\!” He laughed and said,” I froze the time, nobody was allowed to look up.” ☺

Please understand. I am telling as it happened, that’s why I told Him, “Please you reveal, you utter the right words; I wanted the whole thing to be integrated, in integrity, with integrity.” Let complete Integrity be maintained with Paramashiva. He laughed and said, “I froze the time, so nobody can look up, till the whole thing was happening.” It was too much\! I asked him, “Can I take these 9 stones. I wanted to keep them in My puja.” He laughed and said, “Why just these stones\! I’ll install them, I will put them in a land, which will be later on...can be beautiful temple.” He just blinked His eyes; both of us were sitting in a place, where now the Banyan Tree is planted in Tiruvannamalai Aadheenam. That is precise spot; that was the spot He put all the nine stones and we both were suddenly sitting there. We just disappeared from the temple and appeared here and He pushed all the nine stones on the ground and said, “This place will radiate the powers of Navagrahas, later on you will understand why I did this here.”

Of course, maybe after decades, many years, we got that property, now the Ashram is there. When I went back, I know that is the property; that is the reason I put Navagraha Vanas there, Nakshatra Vana in that area, for all the grahas and nakshatras to be present and bless everyone. Whoever goes and sits and meditates on Arunagiri Yogishwara there, with the powerful cognition of Paramashivoham, Arunachala will bless. Arunagiri Yogishwara will bless. Paramashiva will bless and liberate all of them from all the malefic effects of Planets. Go and sit in that Navagraha Vana, Nakshatra Vana and meditate on the powerful cognition, do samyama on the powerful cognition \- Nithyananda Paramashivoham \- You are Paramashiva. Chanting Mahavakya, do samyama and be humble to Navagrahas. Be humble to Navagrahas... you will be blessed, liberated, no malefic effects will touch you. You will be free from all malefic effects and you will be only blessed and supported, and blessings will be showered on you by Navagrahas and Paramashiva.

I bless you all, let the grace of Paramashiva be on all of us and liberate all of us from all the ill effects of Planets and let the blessings of Planets be showered on us.

The first and last word on fitness through Nithyananda Yoga is “practice”. At least there is one million yogic scriptures in Sanatana Hindu Dharma’s Vedagamic tradition. Yoga in all Sampradayas \- Adi Shaivism, Lakulisha Shaivism, Pashupata Shaivism, Kaula Shaivism, Kashmir Shaivism, Boudham, Samanam, Tantram, Aghoram, Vaishnavam, Shaktam, Sowram, Kaumaram \- in all Sampradayas of Sanatana Hindu Dharma, at least we have one million yogic scriptures. Please understand. Not for any arrogance or pride... I have distilled the essence, the best of the best of that one million yogic scriptures and compiled it and offered it to all of you, in the form of Nithyananda Yoga. All the best things, makes you fit to manifest the state, space, powers and Being of Paramashiva.

Let Me define fitness. Fitness means having body, mind, Consciousness \- fit to manifest Oneness with Paramashiva; Paramashiva’s state, space, powers and Being is ‘fitness’. This is the definition of ‘fitness’ as per Paramashiva \- having complete system to manifest the state, space, powers and Being of Paramashiva is fitness. And that fitness through Nithyananda Yoga is simply possible. I have integrated Hatha Yoga Asana, Verbalizations, Mudras, Bandhas, Kriyas, Visualization, Karanas, Shravana, Aushadha, Abharana, Mani, Dhyana, Dharana, Samadhi, Japa \- everything Paramashiva revealed and the Paramashiva’s incarnations revealed in Vedic and Agamic scriptures.

I cannot add any more word to achieve fitness through Nithyananda Yoga. I have defined what I call ‘fitness’. I have defined what is Nithyananda Yoga. Now the only word I can do is Practice\! This is fitness \- this is Nithyananda Yoga \- if you want the fitness through Nithyananda Yoga, the only word you need to remember \- “Practice”.
